The real son of the Dumas family has been found Ezra is a bit nervous about it, especially with the fact that he was invited back to the family, only to see that the real son is an old childhood friend of his that he used to have a crush on. Old feelings arise and the family is willing to do anything to keep them apart. Would they be able to keep their love together or would circumstances keep them apart?
Chapter 100
Arthur looks at the documents in the coffee le blankly. "You were right, so now what?" Candice asked.
"Oh wow," Ezra said looking at the documents on the desk.
Both he and Candice are now looking at Arthur for his reaction, but they are met with an annoyed look from him.
"Tch," he said in annoyance.
'Tch?' Ezra and Candice thought at the same time.
"I wanted him to beg," Arthur said in annoyance folding his arms.
"Are you being serious?" Candice said in disbelief.
He got a surprisingly hard flick on the forehead from Ezra. "Ow," he said rubbing it.
"Are we sure he isn't going to do anything?" Ezra asked out of concern completely ignoring Arthur's pitiful face.
Candice shrugged. "I don't know... I mean he looked too discouraged to want to try anything. He'll probably try to do something if Arthur doesn't give it to him when he asks for it again."
