Chapter 11: Dread

"Oh, it's you." Mr. Brown says. "What do you want from me, you weak little shit?"

"To have a discussion without your emotions running the conversations." Joshua says while sitting down.

"Emotions?" Mr. Brown asks. "When have my emotions ran through any discussions we tried to have?"

"Don't play dumb now, fucker." Joshua says completely stone faced. "You should know exactly what I mean."

Mr. Brown clenches his fist but remains calm on the surface. "So what do you have to say to me?" he asks trying not to get angry.

"Is this what you wanted, Father?" Joshua asks concerningly. "For me to turn into one of those maggots so you can control me and mother further?"

"I wanted you to be strong, son." Mr. Brown scolds. "It's nothing about control."

"Oh but it is." Joshua says remaining completely calm. "I saw the things you did to Mom, you think this is about strength?" "You know deep down you found pleasure of treating everyone besides Aiden like trash." Joshua says calmly. "You know Aiden is the only one you care about after all."

"If you dare touch him. . . I'll kill you myself." Mr. Brown starts to get angry.

"You finally reveals your true self, Father!" Joshua starts to laugh. "Writhe in your anger all you want, it's a breath of fresh air to me!"

"Damn you!" Mr. Brown throws a punch at Joshua.

"Too slow." Joshua says.

Joshua takes out a knife and slits Mr. Brown's throat. As Mr. Brown is trying to announce for help, Joshua takes the megaphone and disconnects it from the outlet.

"You were always weak from the beginning." Joshua looks at his father the same way his father looked at him while he was abusing him. "Satan wants to say hello to you now, goodbye I'll never miss you." Joshua stabs his father again in his skull.

"The job is done, move onto Phase 2." Joshua says on the phone as a security member tries to attack Joshua.

"Is the tear gas and gasoline planted?" Joshua asks Sasha and Gianna.

"Yes, our positions are ready" Sasha and Gianna answer at the same time.

"Now we wreak havoc." Joshua says, throwing a knife at the security guard. The knife hit him clan in the skull.

As Joshua casually walks out, he sees Aiden running to the principal's office after hearing about the infiltration.

"You're looking for Father?" Joshua asks calmly. "Well just like that maggot, you were too slow!"
