Make way!

Gen, Raja, and Lina then looked in the direction of the voice and saw a woman who was wearing an adventurers guild uniform.

Gen then said, "Boobs! What are you doing here?"

And Zoe said, "I told you my name is not Boobs, you pervert!"

And Gen said, "And I told you mine is not Pervert."

The people around then started whispering to each other, and when Zoe noticed this, she looked around with a frightening expression, which made everyone stop talking.

Raja then approached Zoe, reached out his hand, and said, smiling, "Nice to meet you. My name is Raja. I am a friend of Gen, and I would say I am also a friend of your sister Briny."

Zoe then reached out her hand to Raja, shook it, and said, "Nice to meet you."

Raja then said, "Gen was speaking very highly of you yesterday, but I wasn't expecting you to be as beautiful as he said."

And Zoe said, "He said I'm beautiful? That pervert? Are you sure he wasn't talking about my breasts?"

"Yes, I'm sure. After all, he said your breasts were big, not pretty."

"What?!"

"Oops, don't get me wrong. That's what he said."

Zoe then looked at Gen, full of anger, and said to Raja, "Thanks for telling me."

And Raja said smiling, "You're welcome, and don't be upset about what he said. I'm sure your breasts are big and beautiful."

When Zoe heard this, she was in shock for a few seconds and then woke up to Gen laughing.

Gen then continued laughing for a while, "Hahaha.", until Raja turned to him and said, "Hey Gen, what's so funny? I'm serious here."

Gen then stopped laughing and said, "I'm sorry, Raja."

And Raja turned to Zoe and said, "I apologize for Gen. He's a good guy, but he can't tell when he's being inappropriate."

Gen then said, "Pfft.", holding back a laugh that almost escaped.

Zoe then let go of Raja's hand and was about to use her essence when suddenly Lina punched Raja in the head, which made him put both hands on his head and say, "OUCH! Lina! What's the need for that?!"

And she said, "Do you want another punch?!"

And Raja said, "Of course not."

"Then be quiet!"

"But ..."

Lina stared at him for a few seconds, and he said, "Okay ..."

Lina then turned to Zoe, reached out her hand, and said, "Nice to meet you, Lina."

Zoe then calmed down a little, reached out her hand to her, and said, "Zoe."

And Lina said, "Don't worry about these two idiots. If they say anything out of line again, I'll take care of them."

"Well, thank you."

"Are you also going down to the event?"

"Yes. My mom is waiting for me downstairs."

"That's too bad. Briny is also waiting for us downstairs, but the line is so long. It's going to be a long time before we get down."

"Oh, relax, come with me. I have another way down."

"Really?"

"Yes. As a guild leader, I need to move quickly, so I have my way of getting down to Tólis."

"Great. Let's go then."

"Come with me."

The four of them then went towards the building in front of them, and Zoe said, "Make way! I need to get through!", and then the surrounding crowd, upon hearing this, turned toward the voice.

Some were angry because they had been standing in line too long, some were curious about who was crazy enough to try to get in front of everyone, and some were getting ready to fight the person who said it. Still, when they looked back to see who had said it, most of them shut up and turned forward again as if nothing had happened.

One group then came out of the crowd and said, "Who do you think you are to get in front of all of us?"

And Zoe said, "I'm the leader of the adventurers' guild. I just need to get into the building. I have another way down that won't get in the way of you who are waiting."

A man in the group then said, "And why should I believe you?"

And Zoe said, "I have no reason to lie. You can ask anyone inside this building, and they will confirm what I said."

"Hahaha, that's too easy. Of course, the officials here don't want to look bad to the guild leader. So they will confirm anything you say."

"Well, at least they have the sense not to go against someone they can't deal with.", and then a blue mist slowly started coming off Zoe.

The man then said, "Hahaha, and who is this person that we shouldn't stand against? I don't know if you've forgotten, but all the people here are diamond-rank adventurers upwards. You may be an awakened one, but that's nothing compared to our numbers."

"Oh yeah? Let's see then."

She was then about to act, but Lina put her hand on her shoulder and said, "Calm down, Zoe."

And Zoe said, "Calm down? Relax, Lina, I'm just going to teach these guys a little lesson, and we'll be able to move on. This happens every year around the time of the event. I'm used to it."

Lina then said, "I understand, but you don't have to worry. Let those two deal with it."

And Zoe said, "Those two?"

She then looked at the group she was arguing with and saw that Raja and Gen were heading in their direction.

One man in the group then said, "You mean the guild leader is going to send her subordinates to fight in her place? It looks like someone is afraid to embarrass themselves."

Zoe was about to say something, but Raja said, "Hey, why make a big deal out of it just because she wants to pass? You should be happy that a beautiful woman like her talked to you."

And the man said, "Hahaha, it's getting better and better. That's easy for you to say. You don't know how long I and the rest of these people have been waiting here to go down.", and then some people in the surrounding crowd started shouting and agreeing with what the man had said. 

Raja then said, "I don't know how long you've been here, but I know it doesn't matter."

The man then said, "What? What do you mean by it doesn't matter? This is a city. It has rules. Just because you're stronger doesn't mean you can run over others."

And Raja said, "Exactly. We are in a city with rules, and one of those rules allows the guild leader and other important people to cut in front of other people in important situations. So, if you can make way, I'd appreciate it."

Everyone was then silent, and after a while, the man said, "I don't care! I've been here for a long time, and no one will get ahead of me."

The crowd then again followed the man's voice, shouting and complaining, and Raja said, "Well since you won't follow the city rules, my only option is to enforce them."

The man then said, "Hahaha. It seems that the guild officials in this town think they are awesome. Let's teach them a lesson, guys.", and then the man's group and a few other groups started to move towards Raja and Gen.

They got closer and closer, and Gen asked, "Do you need my help?"

And Raja said, "No, I got it. I'll smash these guys to the ground, and then Zoe will definitely get the hots for me."

Gen then said, "Okay.", and then stood there looking at the people approaching.

Raja then said, "Are you sure you want to do this?"

And the man that was leading the groups said, "What? Are you getting scared seeing the number of people? hahaha."

Raja then said, "No, after all,-", mist then started coming off of Raja, and then he made a clone of himself for each person they had on their side and continued, "We are evenly matched."

The people around then started whispering, and the leader of the groups then said, "You are an awakened one, huh? Now, it makes sense that you overestimate yourself. All the awakened ones are like that."

And Raja said, "Well, if everyone is like that, there must be a reason, don't you agree?"

"That's right, and the reason is simple. They've never been beaten by anyone who wasn't an awakened one."

"And don't you think that has a reason too?"

"Yes, but that reason ends today.", and then the man ignored all the clones Raja had made and started walking toward the one who was talking with the rest of the groups behind him.
