Trapped Inside a Novel as a Hidden Character

(PAUSED) One night, Faerie remembers that she wants to read a novel that was recommended by one of her students. Unfortunately, she forgets what the title was and decided to read another novel that she accidentally found on an old website. Because of how horrible the ending was, Faerie ended up leaving a review full of insults for the novel that has ended for years. It seems that this website has been dead and maybe she was the last visitor to this website. So she believes that her review won't be read by anyone. And just like that, Faerie left a review full of gag nonsense. "The worst ending in the world. If you, readers, agree with my opinions, gimme a million likes! Maybe there's a miracle for me to be transmigrated into this novel so I can change this shitty ending to becoming the best ending all of the time!" And now Faerie regrets her review that night. Faerie did transmigrate into the shitty novel by its writer who proclaimed to be a God. And her bad luck didn't end there. Faerie now possessed a hidden character's body whose destined to die at the hands of a tyrant. Now, what is Faerie supposed to do to change the shitty storyline into the best ending all of the time, and return to her life on Earth? --- Author's note: Related to chapters 01-13 which explains how the MC was able to enter the novel's world and why she was obliged to sign a contract by the Goddess with the reward: 'her life in her original world'. At the start of the story, I purposefully do not shorten and write in detail. That's because I want readers to feel the MC's mindset shift after meeting and interacting with all of the novel's characters, which was initially just focused on how to accomplish the contract. Although I am aware that you may become bored while reading 01-13, I encourage you to continue reading! Cause I am certain that this novel will not bore you! 043 - Calm Before The Storm (7)

"I almost got caught!" After finally infiltrating a luxurious Castle guarded by numerous knights, Faerie let out a low cry.

"Is it because this building belongs to the knights that there are so many people here?" Faerie wondered.

She didn't know how many times her heart was near to bursting because she feared the maids or guards had caught her red-handed.

Faerie brushed the sweat from her front hair, took a breath, and slowly exhaled while glancing around.

"...It feels that the mood of this castle differs significantly from that of Leslie's place." Faerie stared, taken aback by how luxurious the hallway she was now inadvertently entering was.

The hall's walls are purple and black, adding to the sense of elegance. Furthermore, numerous statues of all sizes and sorts, all of which are undoubtedly valuable, adorn each corner space, making this great hall appear less vacant.

Faerie may have to retract her statement that the mansion where Princess Faerie was concealed was more luxurious than Berdandy's castle.

"If the side castle is this opulent on its own, how about the main castle building?" Faerie murmured before pushing her thoughts away.

"Huft... It's none of my business. Now I have to find the Black Lion squad's Captain and Vice-Captain."

Faerie stepped out of the hall and took a look around before deciding to take the grand staircase to the second floor.

"Thank god the second floor was empty."

Faerie walked through each corridor on the second floor, trying to find the two Knights before Leslie realized she was no longer in the living room.

Faerie instinctively hid at the end of the space after seeing a room door open while glancing around.

Her heart skipped a beat after catching a glimpse of the person who came out the door.

"Impossible..!" Faerie gasped, her voice trembling. "...that appearance!"

Even though he was dressed in a black robe that covered his entire body. Faerie, however, could still recognize him.

'Is this some sort of privilege because I finished that shitty novel?'

It's impossible for Faerie not to notice the main character, who has magnificent, smoldering red-blonde hair that's said to be quite similar to the color of the Golden Rose Celebration flower.

The only individual who could be immediately identified by his hair color and stature, which resembled that of the great Emperor Graham.

'The description of his appearance is not a lie; he does look incredibly gorgeous, but it also feels surreal because he is handsome.'

And a tall, gorgeous girl with long blonde hair standing next to the man was dressed as a priest in white robes. She stood up and listened intently to the words of the red-blonde man with a solemn expression.

In terms of beautiful aesthetics, great backgrounds, and other elements, they appear to be quite compatible.

'Looks like becoming Cupid for the two of them to fall in love is worth a shot,' Faerie thought. But that's not the issue Faerie is dealing with right now.

'Bismarck, the main character, and Valeria, the Priestess...? How can they both be here at the same time!'

Faerie bit her lower lip as disquiet and fear rose in her mind. All of her unpleasant emotions converged, causing her entire body to quiver uncontrollably.

For some reason, she remembered a line from a trashy novel in which the main character, the first Imperial Prince, slashed the throat of an innocent Princess without feeling the least bit sorry for herself.

"N… No…." Faerie murmured inaudibly, her hands securely covering her mouth.

'Keep your cool Faerie ....'

'That would only occur in the novel! I'm sure I can alter the plot!' Faerie attempted to cheer herself up.

While thinking like that, Faerie inhaled and exhaled slowly, allowing her racing heart to gradually diminish.

Faerie rested against the wall, her gray eyes tiredly gazing at the corridor ceiling.

She cringed as she recalled the scene in which the main character stepped from behind the door, holding 'something' Faerie was all too familiar with in his hands.

'System, it's my God's Blessing,' right?'

[... ⊙0⊙]

[Faerie, I'm confident that it is your guarantee after analyzing from this distance!]

Faerie wanted to shout because she was so frustrated with the circumstances she was in. Right now, she longed to run for God's blessing. Fortunately, she was able to keep her senses from going insane and causing her to be slain.

'Let's think about how my God's Blessing could end up in the hands of the main character!'

Faerie closed her eyes as she remembered the two expensive black-robed people she had encountered on the outskirts of Sunset City. Two people were chosen by Faerie as the culprits behind the theft of her precious guarantee.

'One has a kind demeanor, is friendly and easy to talk to, and is also tall, but the other person is quiet, scary, and is taller than a friendly person....'

Faerie nodded as if she was sure she remembered the two people. But she fell silent for a minute as if she had discovered something strange.

'Huh? Doesn't the personality I stated earlier resemble someone?'

Faerie suddenly realized that among the important characters near to the main character, there is one with a friendly attitude and is easy to chat with even strangers.

Despite his friendliness, he is recognized for being quite easy to find information on strangers without the effort of interrogation it using threats or torture.

People admire him for his kind manner, caring nature, and ease of conversation.

However, contrary to popular belief, that character is just someone curious and not someone who is acting out of concern or any other kind of goodwill.

Of course, only people like his siblings and close friends knew of his true nature, as well as Faerie who read novels.

Despite having found an answer to everything that had happened, Faerie frowned.

'If what I met was actually 'him', that explains why my God's Blessing wound up in the hands of the main character!'

'... But why is Valeria here as well?!'

"...Huh?" Faerie's jumbled thoughts were diverted as she heard a familiar voice begin to emerge from the opposite end of the corridor.

"Didn't I tell you to quit being so inquisitive?"

The young girl's voice made Faerie frown.

'Leslie?'

The young girl's chilly but stern voice, who had just yesterday spent the entire day discussing various complex theories with her, almost made Faerie want to cast a mute spell if Leslie wasn't an important character.

There was no way Faerie didn't recognize her.

'To whom was Leslie speaking?'

"Why? If the person I'm questioning doesn't want to tell, they won't answer my query." The tone of the voice was cheery and warm, with a light laugh interjected.

Faerie instantly stood up and searched the unoccupied room between the corridors in the shape of an inverted T.

A room where she could temporarily hide. Not simply because she was frightened of being misunderstood by the main character and Valeria, or of Leslie catching her eavesdropping on a conversation.

But only because she wanted to see and listen in from a safe distance. She was curious as to why all of the characters had suddenly gathered in one spot at the same time!

'What's going on?!' Faerie's brain and heart seemed to be working overtime to keep her calm amid the characters.

"Of course, they didn't want to talk about their personal issues at first. But it's difficult to turn down brother's question."

"Hmm... Perhaps they have their own reason for responding to my question."

"That's not!"

"No? Then what?"

Faerie attempted to keep her mouth clenched firmly, even though her head and voice were screaming hysterically from the stress of the situation.

"Why, you inquired? That's because the person asking is a brother!" Leslie sighed as if trying to hide her dissatisfaction.

"Argh! Why am I also responding to your query?"

"Haha."

Except for Light Berdandy, who was still in the Theocracy Kingdom. There is only one person Leslie would call a brother.

Of course, who else but the main character's best friend, Liam Berdandy?

Faerie gazed ahead at the main character and Valeria in the distance. Afterward, Leslie and Liam also appear from far behind Faerie.

'Oh my... What kind of awful coincidence is this? Help me, Goddess Gaia!'
