Trapped Inside a Novel as a Hidden Character

(PAUSED) One night, Faerie remembers that she wants to read a novel that was recommended by one of her students. Unfortunately, she forgets what the title was and decided to read another novel that she accidentally found on an old website. Because of how horrible the ending was, Faerie ended up leaving a review full of insults for the novel that has ended for years. It seems that this website has been dead and maybe she was the last visitor to this website. So she believes that her review won't be read by anyone. And just like that, Faerie left a review full of gag nonsense. "The worst ending in the world. If you, readers, agree with my opinions, gimme a million likes! Maybe there's a miracle for me to be transmigrated into this novel so I can change this shitty ending to becoming the best ending all of the time!" And now Faerie regrets her review that night. Faerie did transmigrate into the shitty novel by its writer who proclaimed to be a God. And her bad luck didn't end there. Faerie now possessed a hidden character's body whose destined to die at the hands of a tyrant. Now, what is Faerie supposed to do to change the shitty storyline into the best ending all of the time, and return to her life on Earth? --- Author's note: Related to chapters 01-13 which explains how the MC was able to enter the novel's world and why she was obliged to sign a contract by the Goddess with the reward: 'her life in her original world'. At the start of the story, I purposefully do not shorten and write in detail. That's because I want readers to feel the MC's mindset shift after meeting and interacting with all of the novel's characters, which was initially just focused on how to accomplish the contract. Although I am aware that you may become bored while reading 01-13, I encourage you to continue reading! Cause I am certain that this novel will not bore you! (Don't worry, this is a long story, and the MC definitely has more to do (ahem) with the Male Lead.) system (check) transmigration (check) werewolf / cursed ML (check) overpower MC (check) historical and fantasy world-building. 009 - The Beginning After The End (9)

30 minutes later…

"Oh my god!" Faerie screamed hysterically as she walked down a narrow path that turned out to be a path to a cliff.

Faerie had to hold her breath so that her balance would not falter because she was so surprised when she saw that the cliff had a very high distance.

"Haaah..!" Faerie heaved a sigh of relief when she had already managed to escape from the dangerous and terrible cliff.

Yes. It was a cliff that she found 4 times, after trying to find a way out of the highlands filled with tall and lush trees.

"What the hell happened to me?!" Faerie screamed, hoping that at least one person who happened to cross these mountains and heard her voice could quickly save her from the middle of nowhere.

Unfortunately, that didn't happen at all.

Rather than anyone passing by, she had never even seen a wild animal after walking the many paths. Only Faerie's footprints were visible on the path she was crossing.

'Why am I the only one here?!'

'Is it possible to get stranded in the middle of nowhere?'

Faerie pointed to a tree in front of her and acted as if she was scolding it.

"Is that ugly black ball tricking me?!" said Faerie, annoyed.

Faerie lifted her head to see the clear blue sky.

"I knew it! He was not a God, but a demon!" Faerie shouted at a flock of birds flying across the wide and blazing blue sky.

Faerie stomped her feet on the ground so that the dirt and dust were lifted and blown away by the wind. "Damn it! If I knew it would be like this, I better not agree to the contract from the start!!"

"Cough-cough!" Faerie coughed as dust entered her nose and throat.

Not only that but her right eye also suddenly had an influx of dust. It made her eyes red and shed tears like she was crying.

"AAAAAAARGH!" Faerie screamed again, ignoring the fact that her throat was hurting and her voice was about to grow hoarse.

It felt like she wanted to scream as loud and as loud as she could to get all her mixed emotions out, especially the anger that had gathered above her head.

"Looks like I might die a second time from hypertension," said Faerie, who finally decided to rest for a while and leaned her back against a large tree.

It wasn't just because she was tired after wandering around aimlessly or because she was tired after screaming non-stop.

However, that was because Faerie didn't know what else to do to deal with the strange situation she was currently in.

Faerie looked back at the clear blue sky.

'The sky is different from the sky on Earth....'

Deep in her heart, she wanted to enjoy this unfamiliar yet calming view of the sky. Unfortunately, she couldn't do that at the moment.

Of course, the sky above her head was very different from the sky she originally lived in.

"On Earth, there can be no bird as big and scary as that!" Faerie squealed hysterically when she saw a large dark-feathered beak, large enough for the size of a normal bird, begin to swoop down towards her.

The bird was a predatory animal in the sky, like eagles and other monstrous carnivores.

'What kind of bird is that? The otherworldly version of the crow?'

However, for some reason, Faerie believed that the birds flying toward her were twice as dangerous as the birds of prey on Earth.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAA! Don't eat me! I don't know whose body it is!!" shouted Faerie while running in a state of dragging her body roughly. It was because her legs felt weak.

It seemed that the stamina limit that she had mysteriously entered could only last until here after traveling far from the mansion at the foot of the mountain for nearly 30 minutes.

It felt like Faerie wanted to stop dragging her butt roughly.

"Kaakk..kaakkk."

But when she heard the terrifying sound of a bird chasing her from behind, she couldn't help but keep moving even though her body screamed in pain.

"F*CK!" Faerie finally swore again when her butt, no, her whole body fell somewhere.

The body that didn't know who it belonged to and why Faerie was able to enter it was now in a miserable rolling state.

Yes. A mysterious path she encountered accidentally to escape from a terrible blackbird, made Faerie have to go down a steep and slippery slope by rolling on the ground.

"Akh! Ugh!" Faerie's mouth let out groans and other pitiful sounds as her body repeatedly nearly hit pebbles, and other dangerous objects.

No matter how many times her body rolled on this steep and slippery road, Faerie felt that this rolling scene never stopped.

'Please stop! It hurts! This is very painful! Why do I have to suffer like this?! I'd rather die than experience something like this!'

Both of Faerie's gray eyes almost lost their light when she thought her last hope was just death, but now began to glow again

That's because she saw a large stone that was far down there. Large enough to be able to hide the entire existence of her tiny body perfectly. Despite its size, the stone also didn't look dangerous.

With such thoughts, Faerie finally decided to do something that could also put her life on the line.

"Huufff!!" Faerie held her breath, as she held her lower body as her upper body tried to turn around.

That's right. Faerie deliberately turned her body so that her rolling body could lead to the large stone.

Bump!

A loud banging sound was heard as the small and weak bodies began to collide with each other with the luckily blunt stone.

But still, when the body hits something hard, it will feel very, very painful.

That's how Faerie feels now.

"Uuuuuuuuugh..!" Faerie touched her back which was hit by this large stone.

Fortunately, a few seconds before the collision, Faerie managed to change position so that only her back was hit, not her stomach.

Faerie raised her head and looked at the stone in front of her.

At least, Faerie was grateful that her spine didn't break despite being hit by a stone this big.

"…Why am I grateful? I should be mad! If it weren't for that ugly black ball then I wouldn't have experienced these kinds of events!" complained Faerie who still had time to curse the irresponsible black ball, whose whereabouts are currently unknown after throwing Faerie into the novel.

"Crazy... It hurts...!" Faerie stopped complaining when her back felt like it was being stabbed by thousands of hot needles.

"Huuuuuuu...." Faerie could only sigh with relief after the pain in her back slowly disappeared.

Faerie carefully leaned her back against the stone. Hoping to rest while enjoying the fresh air. But she quickly canceled her intentions when her ears heard a suspicious sound.

!

"W-What's that again?" asked Faerie, who had goosebumps all over her body. She couldn't imagine what else she would experience after all those horrific events.

"Uh-oh?!" Faerie exclaimed in surprise as soon as she saw the owner of the low voice that sounded like a snort.

"Rabbit?"

A small, white furry rabbit with adorable red round eyes, is chewing green leaves that look like fresh vegetables.

The rabbit just stood still after appearing suddenly from the bushes, in front of Faerie who was lying helplessly on the dirty ground.

Faerie wanted to scold the rabbit for surprising her, but the cuteness and harmless aura that radiated from the rabbit managed to get rid of all of her negative emotions in an instant.

"Haaaaaa...." Faerie took a deep breath while letting herself lie on the ground. It didn't matter that the light yellow nightgown that seemed to be made of high-quality fabric was torn here and there, as well as dirty with dirt and dust.

Faerie seemed to have given up after experiencing various terrible events.

"I don't care if you are a God or a demon... Can't you appear and take responsibility for all this?" Faerie's voice was starting to sound very pitiful and seemed like she would be able to gain a lot of sympathy if people heard her voice right now.

"At least appear even if only for a moment to give me the guarantee you promised earlier...." Faerie mumbled in a hoarse voice.

Unfortunately, no one answered her pitiful voice.

Faerie hit the ground roughly with her tiny and soft hands, which had never touched the ground as if venting out the emotions that were hidden within her.

"Appear! I said to appear! You ugly black ball! Why don't you want to appear, damn it?!!"

The rabbit who was in front of her and was enjoying the chewed leaves tilted his head in confusion. He looked confused at the strange behavior of the human in front of him.

"Hey, Mr. Rabbit... Have you ever seen a black ball and it has a very ugly appearance?" Faerie asked with an innocent face and tone.

Of course, the rabbit didn't answer her question because he couldn't understand human language.

"I've gone mad...." Faerie sighed as she wiped her face with the hand that had hit the ground. As a result, her beautiful face was also stained with dirt.

"What do I have to do? First of all... I have to find out where this is and find a way out... After that, I'll think of a way to get into the storyline of this shity novel... But before that... I have to get ready before meeting each character...." Faerie mumbled to herself.

Faerie thought that instead of cursing, she'd better plan for the future.

Of course, that didn't mean she would ignore matters against an irresponsible God.

"I'll make 'Him' into a soccer ball and kick here and there, hehehe." Fairie laughed to herself.

"What do you think, Mr. Rabbit... Hm?" Faerie looked in front of her and was confused.

The red-eyed rabbit chewing leaves was no longer in front of her. Even though she didn't care, Faerie was curious about one thing.

Where did the rabbit get such fresh vegetables from?

At that very moment. Faerie heard a soft snoring sound again accompanied by a funny jumping sound.

The rabbit she was looking for was now running in a certain direction. At first, Faerie didn't care where the rabbit went. However, she couldn't act like that when she knew which way the rabbit was jumping.

'Another cliff again!' With great difficulty, Faerie forced her whole body which felt crushed to save the rabbit earlier.

"Haaaa...! What the hell am I doing...." Faerie complained after she managed to save the rabbit that was now in her hands.

She even had trouble saving herself, now she's trying to save other animals.

'Well, maybe I'm relieved that there are other living beings besides me on this mountain.'

While grumbling in her heart, Faerie tried to peek downwards, from the top of the cliff she was now carefully stepping on.

'River? Good thing the rabbit didn't fall.'

When Faerie was grateful that the rabbit didn't fall into a river that had a fairly strong current and seemed to lead to a waterfall, suddenly the rabbit in her hand bit her finger.

"AH!" Faerie shouted. Not because of the pain in her finger, but because of the sudden slipping of her foot.

'Shit,' Faerie cursed when she realized her body was starting to lose its balance and finally fell.
