"Hello?" her voice echoed in the dark room. She pulled her knees closer to her chest and wrapped her arms around them tightly.
This is weird. This is too weird.
Just yesterday she was sewing clothes, cooking, and helping take care of sick of injured patients in the care homes. She went to sleep at night after tucking the kids in bed, like always.
But earlier, she was in her childhood room. Is this a dream?
She couldn't take it anymore, the more she thought, the more her head hurt. She needs answers, or to at least go back to her original life.
"Amourora Rosabella de Auclair." a loud voice echod through the darkness.
"who ,who are you?" her eyes shifted from one spot to another cautiously.
"I am but a voice in your head, here to deliver the answers you desire."
"...what?"
"anyway, I got stuff to do, I don't have all day, so sit down, shut up, and listen. Not like you have a choice, but here we go."
"where do I start? Oh, yes, the explanation. You, Amourora Rosabella de Auclair, have lived a life full of sufferings. Losing your family members one by one, betrayed by the one you trusted, and hated by the one you admired.
"your life was quite miserable. You were born as a princess of a powerful kingdom, having beauty, intelligence, wealth, talent, status, and loved by all, all at a young age. You had what everyone else couldn't even dream to obtain in a lifetime.
" however, you had slowly declined to an old lady carrying an ignoble existence, helping the poor and needy in a shabby place. What was it called, care homes? Such terrible taste in naming things...
Anyway, Where were we?
Ah, your life.
As I was saying, everyday, you cooked, cleaned, and did various difficult laborious jobs during the day, and sewing clothes by night.
how could someone have such a drastic fall from grace and still be able to live!? As the saying goes 'one could get used to comfort in an instant, but take a life time to get used to poverty.' Who would settle for less when they had more?
Your case, however, was special, despite your sorrowful life, you have never lost faith. What is faith? Faith is when you are trapped in a dark room, and all you can see is endless darkness, and still believe there is a light .
You have learned to forgive, to move on, and to be grateful for what you have. You learned to heal, and to trust others again. And after that, you helped others heal and believe in themselves.
And for your good deeds, you have been granted a second chance. A chance to change the future you knew, to shape your own destiny. What would you do now that you possess something nobody else can dream of; knowing the future. "
"...huh?"
"listen up, lady. My day has been rough enough as it is. If you understood, good. If you didn't, that's your problem, I'm not explaining anything again. Bye."
"..."

And her mother added another one, ninety-nine roses says "my life is incomplete without you. (like this incomplete bouquet)". And "(x) roses for the( x) days I have loved and cherished you."
Needless to say, her mother was a hopeless romantic.
