Lulm knelt within a large hut made from wooden sticks that served as poles tied with long stripes of grass to form the walls.
The roof of the hut was thatched and used the long, bushy leaves of jungles for sheltering. At a corner of the floor were mud pots filled with stacks of herbs and plants, stones, and other natural resources found within the jungle. The Young Warrior remained on his knees for a little while before a brown-skinned shaman entered.
A bone necklace with strings made from plant roots hung around his neck, and intricate symbols made from white chalk dotted his chest.
"Hmmm," The Shaman nodded before he strolled to the pots on the floor, where a small wooden bowl and pestle lay close.
He took some leaves, stones, and minerals from them and began pounding the materials he had taken into the bowl. He pounded the leaves first before adding the minerals and stones which were soft and easily crushed under the heightening force of a pestle.
