The sound of notification from my phone bringing me back from my reminiscence.

Without realizing, I found myself hid within the small spot createe between the intertwined Giant tree roots.

There was a small space within intertwined roots tht somehow could fit me in that my body barely fit to enter through its small crack like entrance.

I wonder how could the trees here in this jungle growing so big.

Thats also the reason why I am afraid to explore further.

With how big they are, I could somehow imagined what kind of big ass fericious creature living in this jungle.

Anyway, back to my smart phone. It seems the Reve-online successfully installed, but that AI robotic voice shouldn't be there.

As far as my memories goes, this game was not that advance in the first place.

'Let's see what is this strange thing about, I have a feeling, this must be something good'

When I saw that my game character I used to play appearred on the screen, I suddenly became dumbfounded.

Afterall, I saw him not standing stiffly on the screen, but he was crouching within dark small space that I found it familiar.

"What the heck??!! Isn't that suppose to be where I am in now?!!! But it can't be, he is clearly my Assassin character, NightRaven! That devilish handsome unnatural face that could only be found in a game and that pale white skin.. Lean and fit graceful body.. But wait! How can be his clothes is the same as mine..."

"Don't tell me?!!"

Surprised at the possibilities that appearred in my mind, I began to left my hiding place and found a puddle not far from where my position is.

Walking toward it with some worry, I use my phone to illuminate the surrounding area and looking at my reflection on it.

Disbelief and scared, I feell to my butt while checking my body with my hand, especially my face.

Actually looking at my pale skin, I somewhat knew it that those suspicion I had before are true.

"Damn it, how come I became Raven?!!!! This disgustingly unreal handsome face will bring me trouble for sure!!!"

Maybe you all wondering, why did I exagerated my reaction and freak out after realizing my changed appearance. After all, I am not turned into an ugly monster, but a handsome mana on his twenties.

Maybe if he was some teenager who were naive and stupid, they would surely overwhelmed by happiness.

But thats not me?!

I am not that stupid and will naively belive that the world here will be peaceful one like the one on earth.

How if its some dark fantasy setting world? Where the one who govern common people are nobles?

Its good if it were proper one? How if they are Corrupted and lustfull? There is also the possibility of slave merchant and bandit!

Thinking of those various tortorous scene I read before, and the history proof that too much power and privilege tends to corrupt, I cant help myself to sudder.

With stiff expression, I sigh and decided not to worry too much about something that may not happen, and back to the hidden place I found before.

"At least being good looking is something I must be grateful about, still... I need power to survive and protect myself... I hope you will be the possible answer on that, Raven..."

Looking at my character who was mirrorring my movement I began to press the log in button on the screen, and a scene of the Introduction of the game started to appear.

I skip it all and directly enter the game.

With some cute mascot began its Introduction to the game, I directly skip the nonsense Introduction about the mechanism of the game as I already know about all of it.

"Still... Assassin huh, they surely good at PVP, but at hunting monster... Sigh, whatever. Its my fault to create just 1 chatacter in the first place"

After all, I didn't have too much time when I was playing this game. And being freelance the deadline are somewhat strict so, I could only focus on Developing one character only.

Reve-online. A mobile game MMO which was kinda hits on South East Asia.

The design of the world and the detail of the game is beautiful that it was massively popular with female and male player.

With an easy to understand interface and mechanics as well as auto-path function, this game is very suitable to almost all people, be it student or working adult.

And in this game, I have 1 character I used to roleplay about.

NightRaven. There is no meaning behind his name actually, I just thinking that Raven was a fit creature to symbolize death, as they always dealing with corpses in the wild.

And night seems fitting for assassin who always dwelling within the darkness.

While thinking about those things, my character on the phone began to follow the main story quest and I continue to control it.

Getting some basic equipment as rewards, I continue to follow the Introduction of the game and level up.

There is no status point here in this game, so most player basically build their power through gear and other feature later that open as they keep continue leveling up.

But you can add some point that you get after killing monster and doing quest. This point could be usefull to open and upgrade your skill.

And now as I level up, I began to put some point at my skill option to unlock it.

Assassin basic skill to attack,

[Blade Pierce]

-Strikes 4 times dealing damage to enemies within 6 meters in front

[Blood Pierce]

-stab the target with a short sword, dealing thunder damage to the target and enemies within a straight line in front. Attacking from the enemy back will dealing an extra 20% damage, and doubles the damage dealing during the latent Shadow state.

As I put somepoint on the two basic skills, all of sudden, A darkness suddenly appeared and started to occuppy my Consciousness.

When I regained my Consciousness, I became shock and disbelief looking at the surrounding void like space around me.

But the one which made me disbelief more was, I saw Another Raven is standing right in front of me in this place.

"What are you staring folishly at, woke up from your daydreaming and take this weapon, I will teach you the skill"

"Oh"

Looking at the weapon on his hand I unsconciously take it, while feeling muddleheaded

It was a black short sword like cutlass and chained sickle. The familiar Assassin weapon I see often in the game.

After feeling the texture and roughness of the beautifull shaped weapon, I came back to my sense.

"The hell!! This is not the time to admiring this! Who the fuck are you?!!!"

Tightly holding the weapon, I nervously glaring at the stranger who had the same appearance at the currently me.

"Me? I am MidnightRaven. I am your guide to help you became stronger and survive on the trial that about to come"

"Midnight... Not night? Teh! That is not important! Where is this place, and why I suddenly appear here? Did I transmigrated once again"

"You talk too much! Better shut your mouth and follow me, I don't have the time arguing with you. I have someone to protect and need to be by her side. So you better listen to me now if you want to inherit the Assassin path of Amber scorpion"

Surprised at the sudden cold voice and frosty expression, I unconsciously swallowed the word that about to come out from my mouth.

'What kind of expression is that, I could feel the temperature freeze for a second just now.. How many lifes did this person take? That devilish face somehow looks very fierce rather than handsome on him'

Midnight turned his body after staring at me for a second and make some distance and creating space between us.

"Now, NightRaven, are you ready to take my first lesson?"

Looking at him, I don't know why, but I saw a hint of melancholy and sadness permeated from his aura. But I throw that feeling aside as my body became tense.

Feeling excited, eager to learn and become stronger.

'As expected, this weird mobile game its not just ordinary mobile game which for unknown reason coming along with me here. You are really the key for me to survive in thi strange place I am stranded into!'

"Night, Lets begin.... "

As Midnight began to speak, he charged on my direction like a shadow!

Somehow I am beginning to understand why he called midnight in hours to com...
