Ch.43: Orginal Jasmine.

"At this rate, it'll be half a day before we reach the mountains. There's a town around here and since we'll be arrive at it by night, we can rest there." Kazemi said while looking at a map. In the background was his first generation camero with huge mountains even farther back.

To give you a quick run down of how he got here, let's begin at where someone called for him to stop and not kill the pig. The person who told him to stop was a worker at an adventurer guild, causing Kazemi to stop his actions as adventurers can't hurt civilians.

Anyways, the guy asked for their status plates to which only Kazemi gave his and told the man that Shea's and Tory's waa lost. Shea then reminded Kazemi to give him the letter that the receptionist gave him to which he did.

The man read over it, came to a realization, and immediately took them to the guild master. The guildmaster then explained his relation with the receptionist to which he became nostalgic.

Nostalgia soon turned into a complex expression when he asked Kazemi for a favor. Kazemi listened and was told that someone went missing in the mountains. Kazemi accepted the offer with the advantage of him and his team being backed by the guild.

The man accepted and they soon left, arriving at this point in time. "Sounds like a plan, Kazemi.." Tory got up from the mat she and Shea rested on, kissed him on the cheek and got into the car.

"This journey is so fun!" Shea cheered out as she got up. "Yeah, it is,..huh?" He said in a quiet voice as he placed his hand on her head while she walked by to get into the back seat of the car.

'I realized that Shea won't be transferred over to the next world. Not even God will pull strings like this...'

He soon got into the car and started it up. 'All the ties I made in this world...they'll disappear when I leave. Should I...be getting too comfortable with them?' He said not even God could take Shea away when in reality, God could...make reality.

'This is why...I need even more power. God is basically telling me that if I want something then earn it. It's a lesson that I'm far too used to...' He thought all of this and yet,...'Do I really want her to come along though? It'll be too hectic and I don't want that. I just want Shea...to remember me. I want a chance for us to see each other again even when I'm gone..'

This ain't a harem story by the way if you're getting that feeling.

'Power. Power. Power... You're a bastard. I love you but the way you treat me in our relationship is terrible. In order to hold you're hand, I have to let go of another...'

"This place has rice apparently.." Said Kazemi while opening a door that belonged to a restaurant. The time was around 5:00, giving it the almost perfect setting for a sunset. "Rice? What's that?" Said Shea while tilting her head.

"Rice is a food that us, as in other worlders, use to eat with various foods. The apperance of rice looks like white ants..." Kazemi explained while walking past a booth with a curtain, hiding the people behind it.

"Oh. That...doesn't sound pleasing.."

"Yeah, I know. By it self, it's alright. With meat though,..it tastes God given.." As he said that, someone emerged from the curtain, causing Kazemi to walking into them. 'Ah~..' For some reason, he sighed from this familiar feeling of being entranced in someone's breast.

"K-Kazemi! Manners!" Shea pulled him back, causing his shades to fall off. The two people then locked eyes, each recognizing the other in an instant. Even Tory recognized said person.

"Jasmine?"

"Kazemi."

They both said at the same time, tears beginning to form themselves upon her face. 'Huh? Kazemi? Why did she...why did she call me by that name?' A hug was what Kazemi was met with. "K-Kazemi~... It really is you.."

Shea was confused while Tory formed a smile. Tory then motioned Shea over to a table while Kazemi was dragged out by Jasmine, stuck in a hug position. "J-Jasmine. Where are we going..?" She dragged him into a room at the dinner/inn they were in.

"Hey! Jasmine, the hell are you doing?!" He pushed her away and fixed himself up. 'Damn, shes touchy. Wait, what the hell am I thinking? We...haven't seen each other in a whole year, Kazemi. She's still under the impression that you're dead..'

"S-Sorry, little bro.. I-I mean, Kazemi! Aw, damn it, I...I..I'm so conflicted.." She held her head while groaning and sobbing. 'Conflicted? Little bro...and Kazemi? Wait, oh I see. So she...' He smiled and placed his hand on her head.

"Stop crying, Jasmine. Did you really think that I'd die down there?" Jasmine's lips quivered a bit as she heard that. "I'm...I'm not you're sister, Kazemi. It's me, Jasmine.." She reassured him.

"Yeah, I know. I know it's really you, Jasmine.."

After a bit, she explained to him how she knew of his name. She said that when she heard the news of his 'death,' she prayed and prayed to God in order for him to be alive. God answered her praying by giving her memories of her previous world back then told her he was fine.

He also gave Rei and Hima's memories back which completely devastated them more. But they eventually calmed down and now live in hopes of seeing their brother again.

"This is all...crazy. So you're not even from our earth, but an entirely different one? And you have a power to take powers and give them back? Now you travel the universe for power and without reason?"

He agreed to...most of what she said and so on. "You went that far...for us, Kazemi? That's..sweet of you but did you consider that we never wanted to leave our world?" She said while whipping her tears away.

"Yeah, it's...selfish, huh? But I didn't want all of you to come. Just Tory really.." He said with a sigh. "Just Tory, huh? And was she that blond headed girl?" Kazemi nodded leaving her to sigh as well. They stayed in silence for a bit until they realized that they should probably go back.

"How does it work?" Jasmine said outloud as Kazemi had his hand on the doorknob. "How does what work?" He questioned back. "Will we always follow you? Or can we make our own path?" He stared at her for a moment then opened the door.

"I hope it's the latter. I brought you all into this and if I can, I'll try to take you out of it.." It wouldn't be fair for them to have to follow him across the multiverse. They all had lives to live, dreams to follow. What right did he have to ruin such dreams?

'O-Oh. I..didn't expect him to respond like that..' While she had the memories of him, that was of Aric, the body Kazemi took over. She never saw him like this. Quiet, thoughtful, down to earth. He seemed,...normal, which was odd for her.

'I sort of miss his playful nature. It was the first time someone joked around with me..' She touched her right eye, remembering the time between him and her in the hallway.

'He took my eye then took me to another world. Sounds like a cool love story to be honest.' She smiled and followed behind him. After a while, Jasmine was sitting at the partys table as they ate curry.

"Hello, Jasmine. Your hair is as soft as ever.." Said Tory as she played in her short, purple hair. "Yeah, yeah. We both know who has the better hair.." She played in Tory's hair, Kazemi imagining a play in his head that...shouldn't be thought of.

"So tell me what happened, Kazemi.." Jasmine wanted to hear everything that happened to him from the time he fell to now. His onlooking classmates also wanted to hear while this guard was sending eyes of death towards Kazemi.

"Alright. Uhm, I fell, survived obviously, killed some monsters and...yeah, that's pretty much it.." In just 15 words, he told his life story. Jasmine slapped him across his face, only causing pain to herself.

"T-Tell me everything...!" She said while biting her lip to hide the pain. "It's too much to explain, Jasmine. Well, in front of all these people atleast.." The guard bawled his fist at how calm he spoke with Jasmine and so, he said..

"Listen, pal. You better speak to Jasmine with respect and honor, got it? Because of her, you're able to feast on that food in your mouth." He pointed at Kazemi while having a smug expression.

"Who the hell is he, Jasmine? Your boyfriend or something? You gotta do better than that.." Jasmine shook her head and told him that he was the leader of the group that was escorting them. "And he ain't my boyfriend nor will he ever be."

Kazemi laughed in a mocking tone which made the guy curse Kazemi in his head. "So Jasmine, what's been happening lately? When will Rei and Hima be back?" He asked while placing his hand on Shea's head.

She was quite the entire time to not draw attention to herself but was shaking from seeing the humans. "Well, you see.." She leaned up and began explaining things to him that he wanted to hear.
