Ryan stood in full view of the imperial palace.
He had come exactly the same night, after separating from Amelia.
Ryan closed his eyes and monitored his radiation flow in a dark alley.
Folding, compressing, and repeating.
Ryan has been doing these sets of actions for the past hour, trying to repress his radiation. He was folding it into the deepest part of his core until it was no longer detectable.
Ryan's eyes opened, accompanied by a downpour.
The purplish glow in his eyes faded as he found himself still in place, and nothing appeared to have changed. But he soon felt a strange feeling of weightlessness taking over him.
Almost immediately, a quirky-shaped glass ball appeared in his palm, and the frost, fire, wind, and gravity within melted into the rain.
In seconds, there were no longer any traces left that suggested the existence of the wondrous ball that represented his powers.
