Chapter 1

darkness,

that's all that Peter could see, an empty black void that seemed endless, it was coupled with no sounds, sense of feeling, or movement, it was as though he was completely frozen in place.

Peter slowly came to the realization of the situation he was in, seemingly stuck here forever, 'but how did he even get here in the first place?' was the first thought that passed through his mind, as he questioned himself and came to the solution he immediately shouting out to himself

"I DIED BY GETTING BURIED IN SNOW!?"

From what Peter could remember he was walking to the store early in the morning and nothing was out of sorts until the wind blew a branch into the back of his head knocking him over just at the same time a snow plow was coming by, essentially entombing himself in snow. If he was just more observant, or maybe had a better balance he wouldn't have fallen over in the first place, and if the driver of the snow plow was paying more attention he would have noticed Peter getting buried alive.

But sulking and blaming wasn't gonna get him out of this situation, what situation was he even in in the first place, he didn't think he was still buried as it was black and not white like snow, he didn't feel cold like it would be for snow unless he was in the middle of experiencing hypothermia, but he was able to move his limbs and even speak but he was weightless so he couldn't be still in the snow.

Gathering up his thoughts and the facts around him Peter could only come up with one conclusion, he was probably dead, either that or one hell of a coma, "by the looks of it looks like Christians were wrong" said Peter trying to alleviate the maddening emptiness of this void, "but then again looks like none of the religions were right from what I'm aware of" he then added on. As Peter was coming to acceptance of his new existence in this infinite void he couldn't help but feel regretful for the things he didn't get the chance to do, say goodbye to his family, his dog not even his boyfriend Alex! Although technically he never met Alex in real life they have been in as real of a relationship as you can get with someone in a different country, they never met in real life but had a strong relationship going on for 6 months.

Amidst Peter's sulking about what he lost the chance to do an almost deafening sound rung out through the void
