"Star?" I forced a smile, looking at her, but not looking at her.
"Oh, my Goddess, Brys! You need to hurry!" She took my hand in hers and started running towards the general hall.
"What is it, Star? Are you okay? Why are you dragging me back to class?" I tried to stop her, but she kept on dragging me until we got to the door. She let me go and stood next to me.
"What's wrong, Star? Why did you bring me here? Did any of the teachers forget an announcement?" I glanced at the gates, at the first years, who were walking through it, into the school.
Unlike them, I joined the Academy late, which was why I didn't spend years here. I only spent months here.
"Well....."
The door opened, cutting her words off.
"Star, why did you drag Brys off?" Ray caught up with us, heaving like one who ran a marathon. "You —" he froze when he noticed the students packed by the door, staring at me with indescribable expressions on their faces.
