Chapter 9 Tutorial (Part 2)

"Hurry up and blocked the door!"

When someone instructed so, almost all the people hurried and blocked the door with their weight. As for why almost all, it is because only Drav and his party didn't do so.

"Why are you guys just standing blankly like that?! Come and help us close this door!" a middle-aged man shouts angrily at them.

Of course, they didn't listen to him, after all without them blocking the door almost every chat member except Kuroko could easily kill the monster.

"Me or you?" Drav exchanged a glance with Ning Yun'er and asked.

"Let me handle it," she responded.

With that, she confidently stepped forward towards the door, leaving the others in puzzled amazement. Utilizing her Qi, she exerted a force that pushed the people aside, leaving the door unguarded.

Booom!!!

A monster with an ugly face and tall stature came into their view after the door was broken, people's faces changed into stunned and horror after seeing the monster.

"It's over!!!"

"Mom, Dad!"

They felt a sense of despair as they realized the monstrous creature before them was a predator they couldn't defeat. As peaceful modern humans who had never even killed a chicken, facing a predatory creature like this was beyond their capabilities. Even Seol Jihu, who had dreamt of future events, was taken aback by the unexpected turn of events.

Because of that Seol Jihu with curious and opened his eye's ability to take a look at Drav and his party status, puzzled at where their confidence come from and immediately after seeing their status he realized why they relaxed.

But before the monster attacked them with a hook on his arms, Ning Yun'er materialized her sword from nowhere and swing lightly at the monster from afar.

"GRyAAAAAA!!!"

The monster roared painfully after the right part of the body was sliced by her sword, it was quite a spectacular scene in which the material arts in movies were performed in real life.

While people were shocked by the scene, Drav sighed in relief after seeing she didn't kill the monster right away.

"It's a good thing that you didn't instantly kill the monster, we could get many points after killing this monster" She nodded lightly at Drav's words and materialized another weapon from her space gadget.

"Choose your pick" and with that, the other members begin to pick up their weapon. While the other members were busy choosing weapons, Ning Yun'er once again nailed the monster to the floor, preventing it from running away.

"GryAaaaaa!!!"

"This stupid monster was noisy" She duck-taped the monster with a talisman, Drav who saw this was speechless at her and sighed tiredly.

"Whatever, just kill the monster and finish this stage soon as possible" With that Drav and his party walked toward the monster and killed it.

"Such a pitful creature~" Manaka poked curiously at the 'dead' monster.

"Are you okay Tetsuya-san?" looking at the trembling Kuroko Drav asked concerned at him. After all, it was rare to see such expressions on his usual expressionless face.

"It's okay...I-Its just my first time killing such a humanoid creature"

"Don't worry about it, it was a monster after all, and even then we need used to it sooner because maybe in the next mission what we need to kill next time was a human" Drav pat his shoulder, trying to comfort him with the situation.

After finishing the monster, Drav and his party walk forward to the second floor to achieve the first stage objective. Of course, while doing so, everyone asked them to follow their party, but he and his party ignored it and let everyone follow them.

While Drav and his party walked toward the second floor. In somewhere place that looked like a cinema, the commotion happened after seeing what happened in the tutorial.

"It's crazy! Are you seeing that? How in the hell such an irregular existence like that on Earth?!"

"Yeah! There is no way irregular like that exists?! Or Did she been in Paradise once? But I never seen a beautiful Ranker like her on Paradise?"

"With her unparalleled beauty that surpassed even the Daughter of Luxuria, she would undoubtedly become famous not only in Paradise but also on Earth. And to top it off, her sword skills were incredibly powerful. Even with a simple swing, she could slay a monster from a considerable distance."

While the spectator was discussing each other about what happened in the Korean tutorial zone, one of them asked the bespectacled woman that looked puzzled at the screen.

"Kim Hannah, did you know these guys are? They are in your zone"

"Huh? No, I didn't know all of them. I remember Shinyung only inviting and contacting about 30 people. I don't recall there being an additional 7 people here," she said, her face filled with confusion. Even she, who had invited Seol Jihu with a golden stamp, was puzzled about where these extra individuals had come from.

"Are you sure?"

"I'm sure of it" Kim Hannah responded after racking her brain and not founding out about their information.

While Kim Hannah and her companion discussing Drav's party, meanwhile he and his party finally arrive on the second floor.

After having a small episode because of the gate system, everyone and Drav's party arrived safely without any casualties. Realizing that fact Seol Jihu didn't know if he should be grateful to Drav and his party for this changed future. After all, even with his future dream memory, he couldn't save everyone here alone.

A message appeared on everyone's phone, notifying them of the completion of the first stage and instructing them to gather in the classroom on the 4th floor via the annex's third floor as the second stage mission.

In the second stage, with the help of Drav and Ning Yun'er, they deactivate all the traps that remain there without having the chance to activate them with a faint Telekinesis and pass the stage easily again without casualties in 5 minutes. Breaking the record for the fastest clear time in history.

When they arrived at the classroom on the 4th floor, Han was standing waiting for everyone, he was stunned after seeing everyone already there.

"Well, I don't expect everyone to survive and pass quickly like, this" Han said with a shocked expression, then he looked toward Drav and another golden mark, thinking they were the real reason how the situation like this

Seeing this, Drav thought maybe the guide can't see what was going on differently with the contractor like Kim Hannah who could see everything somewhere.

"Enough chit-chat, I will announce for next stage"

"What th— there is more?!"

"But don't worry about it, because this mission was easy and fun" He then explained the rules for the next mission.

"Now everyone needs to collect coins that are spread all over the 4th floor and 5th floor, you also need at least 100 coins to pay a toll fee to enter Paradise on the 6th floor. Of course, you could use all your coins if you want to bet your luck in the roulette/gacha"

"Paradise..."

Hearing what Han said, everyone wondered what Paradise look like in their minds.

"How did you even get coins?" A man with a delinquent face and silver hair asked Han, it seems he was the first minor villain in the first chapters of the story.

"There are 3700 coins out there and 100 is quite easy to get, especially if you are a map holder" Han smile at him

"The gacha machine is on the 5th-floor library, if you gathered a lot of points you could use that, after all, there were many useful and helpful stuff from there" Han smiled sinisterly, he want someone to get suffered from gacha after getting an unlucky result from it.

"But the monster is already dead though"

"Eh?" Han was stunned, unable to believe what Drav said. But after knowing so many golden marks here, he thought the reason the monster died was because of the bonus item the golden mark invited got from the bag.

He coughed slightly and said: "Well then, you don't need the gacha anymore after the monster is already dead now. The scavenger will begin in 30 minutes from now on, so good luck"

After that, he vanished and the classroom was left with people still wondering what Han said.

"The tutorial was easier than I thought," Lumine said while hugging the sleeping Paimon hanging on her shoulder.

"It's because there was me and Ning Yun'er you know, there is no way you could easily deactivate the trap like us right?" Drav's mouth twitches upon hearing Lumine's arrogant remark

"Yeah you're right Haa..."

While waiting for the time, Drav and his party began to chat with other, the other was surprised to know that they are not unapproachable like they seem are.

When the 30-minute wait are over, they began to walk outside the classroom. Of course, Drav with his newfound power doesn't need to go outside and search for the coins there, with his new clairvoyant ability that could find anything he uses the teleport ability to teleport the coins that he discovers.

Of course, doing so makes his other power exposed to some group that could see his action on the screen somewhere.

"What the hell?! Did you see that?! He just uses Teleport to teleport coins from afar" a woman shouted, attracting others' attention toward her. And when all of them looked what he saw.

"What?!"

"How could it be?!"

Many exclamations were heard upon witnessing Drav's power, they didn't believe some rookie has such an ability when he didn't even been to Paradise before.

"Kim Hannah! Did you really not know about them?" a big bald man suddenly asked Kim Hannah.

"As I said earlier I didn't know them! I just only invited one person from there okay?" Kim Hannah sighed tiredly while rubbing her eyebrow.

"Even if I know it, what did you want to do with them huh?"

"It's nothing, I'm just curious about them" She sighed again at his response, but honestly she was too curious about them, especially after seeing such a scene like this.

Is there a possibility they are an abnormal human even without going through Paradise? But how is that possible? Or...no way?!

She had guessed the reason for Drav and his party was a golden stamp, but how is that possible? After all, she got it from the Goddess Gula of which there is only one and you can't easily use it on random people, and what's more, there were 7 of them? There is no way she could believe the possibility like that.

Of course, she didn't know her guess was half right from the truth. After Drav teleported the coins, he and his party went toward the 6th floor without waiting for another person to collect the coins, after all, they already help them enough before.

"Is that the portal? But there is no one here, I thought the guide will be here like before" Lumine saw a bright portal hovering in the middle 6th floor after arriving there.

"Let's wait again, looks like we went too fast" After waiting for 1 hour Han finally came from the portal with Maria accompanying him right now.

"It seems you guys first again? As expected from the golden mark" Han compliments them with Maria silently clapping at that.

"Now, let me settle all your total points"

Drav and Ning Yun'er got about 18k points while the remaining members got 16k points, it is already a lot compared to other who doesn't get a bonus 10-time multiplier like the golden mark did earn from their privilege.

"Your party truly surprised us, as it was my first time seeing the party as you guys exist at this tutorial"

"Can we go now? I'm already sleepy now" Kuroko who usually doesn't have any presence suddenly said.

"! W-well, you can go now" Coughing slightly to cover his startled expression, Han asked Maria to lead them went inside the portal while he stayed there waiting for the remaining.

When Seol Jihu arrived on the 6th floor, he didn't see any Drav party except Han there, confused about this he just stared at Han and asked their whereabouts.

"They already left 1 hour earlier"

"Is that so"

It seems I need to prove myself to them until they recognize me.

He held this belief because he was aware that the key to altering the impending doom of the future lay beneath them.

(A/N: I'm sorry if the lack of dialogue which should be much like the original, I decided on it because the tutorial chapter is not too important as the next chapter. I'm still improving so don't expect my writing skill to be as good like other novelists had)
