"This is definitely the first modular, universal operating system designed for space stations and space shuttles." Lin Xiong was truly impressed that virtualization of the hardware could be achieved with a mere file size of 64K. As long as the hardware's driver was added, it could operate in the sky. This was an unprecedented initiative.
"With this as a foundation, going forward, we only need to develop corresponding functional modules for any new functions on the space shuttle!"
At this moment, Lin Xiong's doctoral student, Zhang Ting, had also completed the reliability and performance tests of the software.
"Instructor, the test is completed!" Zhang Ting said solemnly.
