A Visit

Your POV

It's been 4 months and the doctors weren't wrong when they said it was going to be a rough pregnancy. I was in bed a lot, it was hard to get up, there was always a bad pain in my stomach since the baby is growing in a spot where I was injured making everything all the more painful.

I knew this was all hard on Shoto though, the medical bills were off the charts, going to the doctor every week and the occasional staying over night at the hospital stays, was not free. It was hard being alone in the day I would easily get depressed and start thinking about my brother or mother. If they were still here they wouldn't hesitate to stay with me. But sadly they weren't. I know (f/n) would, but sadly she was sick and far away. I could only hope she gets better soon.

I was laying in the bed watching anime. Shorty after starting a new episode there was a knock at the door.

I made a grunt sound when I got up, due to a sudden sharp pain in my stomach, but I quickly tried to ignore it and and got up rushing to the door. I half expected it to be Shoto, but I was surprised when I opened the door to see...

"Dad?!" I instantly gave him a tight hug.

"Hello, young (y/n)." He put a hand on my head and smiled down at me. Even though he was in a weak form now, and was a retired hero, he was still very tall, still taller than all the UA students!

"Why are you here?" I asked looking up at him.

"Well, it's been a while and the last time I seen you, well you came with some surprising news." Me and Shoto went over to dads house about a month ago to tell him, and he was definitely shocked.

Flashback

"Are you sure your well enough to walk?" Shoto was by my side helping me get into the car.

"Yes, I'll be fine, plus we have to tell him sometime." I gave him a bright smile, telling him that everything was okay.

"Okay then love, just take it easy."

Shoto got into the drivers seat of the car and proceeded to drive to All Mights house.

Once we got there, Shoto helped me out of the car since I was very sore and we went and knocked onto the door.

"Are you sure he's home?" Shoto asked looking down at me, since I was much shorter than him.

"He should be, just give him a sec, he's getting ol-"

My sentence was cut off by dad opening the door.

"Oh young (y/n) and young Shoto, what brings you both here?"

All might opened the door wide and let us in.

"Oh you know it's been a while." I nervously laughed and scratched the back of my head.

"Do you guys want something to drink? I can make some coffee." Dad started to make his way into the kitchen, but was stopped by Shoto.

"Wai- actually (y/n) can't have coffee so just some water."

Allmight paused in his place

"Why is that? Is everything alright?" Shoto been very protective over me and what I ate and drank and If it was enough food or wasn't enough since we found out I was pregnant. I appreciate it all but right now wasn't the time to slip.

"Dad, you might just want to sit down for a minute." I nervously smiled at him, and Shoto gave me an apologetic look.

"Okay, is everything okay?" His tone was full of concern now, but he still slowly made his way to sit down across from me and Shoto.

"Well, you see I'm um pregnant."

End of flashback

After that day Allmight found out about everything including my health, and has been worried sick.

"So how are you feeling?" He awkwardly asked.

"Actually, can we sit on the couch? I'm feeling a bit sick."

"Oh yes, of course let me help you." He hurried to lead me to the couch so I can relax.

"Do you need anything?" I could tell in his voice he was concerned about this whole thing, that he was scared that he would lose his only daughter.

"No, no just need to relax." I gave him a reassuring smile, but he wasn't buying it.

"(Y/n)... are you actually going to be okay? And please, be honest with me." Dad was no longer looking at me, he was looking down at the ground, anyone could hear the fear in his voice, no matter how much he tried to hide it.

"I-I don't know.." I answered honestly. Suddenly tears started running down my face.

I felt weight go down on the couch next to me, then suddenly I was pulled into a warm tight hug.

"Your the only family I have left." Even though I couldn't see his face, I knew there was tears running his face as well.

"Stope talking like I'm already dead." I laughed through my tears.

He pulled away from the hug and took a second to look at me.

"Just keep fighting (y/n) if I'm being honest, the shape your in now isn't looking good, your always in and out of the hospital, just promise me, you'll be okay." He sounded desperate, but truth was I couldn't promise anything.

"I'm sorry, but I can't promise anything, but if any thing were to happen you would have Shoto, and of course Deku is still all over you. Your not alone dad." I gave him a closer eyed smile.

"But let's not start assuming things yet"

"Your right, thank you young (y/n)"

After that we talked and watched tv together until Shoto got home. But little did I know these 5 months would fly by faster than I expected.
