"Ughhhhh" Mikami Satoru, a fairly handsome middle aged man wakes up drenched in his own sweat groggily rubbing his eyes as the morning light shown in his face.

"Again with that dream..." Mikami muttered under his breath and got up from his bed and slowly and sleepily walking toward the bathroom. He Took a shower, ate his breakfast  and got dressed for work. Mikami on his way to work as a salaryman working as a general contractor, is in deep thoughts about his recent dreams. He started having these dreams several weeks ago and at first he payed no heed to it  but as days went by it was getting worse and he couldn't help but be worried.

In some rare cases when he sleeps and doesn't dream about the ruined kingdom, the man with piercing red eyes and onyx black hair somehow appears in all of his other dreams either only standing and lurking in the background or directly interacting with him. 

"Ah!Senpai your here!" Ah familiar voice brought him back to his senses. With a a cheerful smile a young man with a girl by his side approaches Mikami.

Mikami's POV

"Good morning to you too Tamura"  Tamura, is a junior at the same company I work at and  the one by his side is our company's renowned Madonna, the receptionist Sawatari-san. I have been asked by these guys to offer consultation on their upcoming marriage. And by the way, this is the reason why I started wondering about my own unpopularity. 

"So what kind of advice are you looking for?" I asked the couple while greeting Sawatari-san

"Hello, pleased to meet you.My name is Sawatari Miho. Although we have seen each other before, this would be the first time we are speaking, right? Makes me nervous, somehow."

Nervous huh? I should be the one who's nervous from you guys asking me for an advice who I, Mikami Satoru, have no apparent love or romantic experience! I silently complained to myself.

"Hello, I am Mikami Satoru. No need to be nervous after all you are quite known with us. And with my relationship with Tamura, we went to the same University so we got to know each other and hung out sometimes" I introduced myself to Sawatari who showed a confused expression

"What's this about being well known? Are their any weird rumors floating around?" The girl asked me somewhat worried so I decided to give her a bit of a tease

"Hm? yeah sure like you having an affair with the chief and a date with someone from our company"  Sawatari-san's face turned bright red and she looked at me with watery eyes. I've been told that my jokes both lacked delicacy and tact so I'm often told to keep my mouth shut...I made another girl cry...

"Senpai please leave it with that and Miho, you're just being teased" With a laugh Tamura continues mediating the situation. Bright, cheerful, and without a hint of sarcasm. Isn't he a lovable guy...

"Ahaha sorry I'm not really good with women." I awkwardly laughed 

"Kyaaaaaaaaaa!" I heard a scream and turning to the sound of the voice, a man brandishing a knife and holding a bag is running towards us brandishing a knife and rushed towards....

"Tamura!" My body moved faster than I could think and I pushed Tamura. I felt a sudden jolt of pain behind my back and I could feel a burning sensation through out my body. 

I feel dizzy and my vision began to blur...I fell down on my back and see Tamura running to me and Sawatari-san stunned by the sudden turn of events, but both appears without other injury... 

"Thank god" I let out a breathe of relief seeing them both safe. 

Is this what being near Death's door feels like? It's too hot someone please cool me off

"Senpai...your blood is coming out...it's not stopping."

Was that Tamura's voice just now? I think I'm hearing things but I guess that's to be expected. I could feel my blood gushing out of my body from the stab wound.....If only my body was strong enough to resist the knife

The pain I'm feeling right now truly is unbearable, I wish I couldn't feel pain.

"Senpai... the blood... you keep..." His face blue, on the verge of tears, Tamura continues to hold me. That's the face that is the ruin of handsome men.I tried to take a look at how Sawatari-san was doing, but my vision is too hazy. I Can't see. The burning and painful sensation are replaced by a ferocious cold.  I'm already almost out of blood...It's cold...

Oi! what's with that voice? It's been going on about the past few minutes I almost used all my strength left to voice out  my frustration but then I remembered something really important..

"Tamura I know that I don't have that much time left so after I die please....do me a favor....i beg of you...too submerge my PC in water, turn it on, and wipe all of the data clean."Thus I, having summoned the remainder of my strength, have conveyed the matters of most grave importance.

'Ahaha...that's so Senpai" He said with a bitter smile. Who would even want to look at a man's crying face? Seeing that grin is better.

"You know, I... about Sawatari, I wanted to show her off to senpai..."  Ahahah what an asshole, this bastard

"Hays... jeez. I've forgiven it so take good care of your girlfriend, and Sawatari-san...please take care of this lovable idiot" The last of my strength, was only enough to say that much. with that...

And at that instant, Mikami Satoru's "soul" linked with a spawned monster in another world.Into a dimensional crack so small that no eye could see. His soul linked with a mass of demonic energy.This mass was the origin of demons, and to Mikami Satoru who had linked to it, his thoughts as a base, the mass constructed a body.What is normally is essentially an impossibility with an astronomically small chance of occurrence, Mikami Satoru was reborn in another world.

Mikami's POV

huh? how come I can still think? do I lose my consciousness later on? You know what? I don't want to think about that right now, I just died! I feel my life flash before my...eyes? oh well. I have lived such a normal life that nothing in it is something note worthy other than I am a 37 year old virgin. So if there is a next life I'll devour all the girls I see. I mused my self. Sigh even after death my humor still remain tactless.
