“Hup!” She grunted, feeling the weight of the two. She was like carrying dumbbells, her face scrunched up, but endured just to put them on their bed.
“Huff,” she sighed after putting them under the covers. She stood up straight and tried cracking the bones on her back.
“Aww…” Kimberly massaged her shoulders. “They’re getting big! It feels like they were born just yesterday, but now they are all grown up!”
Children really grows fast. Kimberly can’t help but see herself in the near future missing the times where she can still hold them in her arms and give them a kiss. Her children are boys, boys really don’t like affection when they grow up. She doesn’t want that though, in her eyes, her boys will remain as babies. Though, she’s sure that they don’t appreciate that, especially Kelvin.
She laughed before turning away from the bed. “I guess I have to wash up now and join them to sleep.”
