Kimberly cleaned the table where the late customers ate and flipped the sign to ‘close’.
She entered her shop and stopped at the entrance to look at the whole interior of the café. Her hands found their places on her waist as her lips curved in satisfaction.
“That was a blast.” She commented and finally felt the toll of having to bake and tend to customers after a while. “I really thought they’d forget about me, or they’d be skeptical about buying here again because of Gabriella, but I was wrong.”
Rather than destroying her image, it served as their publicity.
She’s well known, and because of it, many were curious about what happened and who’s the owner of the shop.
Also, there is a simple, painfully obvious reason;
People love drama.
So, they dropped by here, hoping to see some, but saw nothing.
Whether or not they’re coming back, Kimberly doesn’t know. But all she knew is that she did her best to satisfy her customers.
Probably at least half of them would come back.
