Chapter 6: The attack of the spiders.

Alexa shakes Kevin, he reacts and sees that a spider was approaching them from behind.

He adopts a battle posture, waves his wings, uses his legs to run towards the spider, being in front of it he uses his left arm to pierce his head. Kevin's movement attracts spiders from the area. He looks at her as the spiders approach. He instantly picks Alexa up and flees the scene.

Spiders don't let it go easily.

Kevin manages to get out of the theater, so he decides to go to the nearest park. Spiders chase him.

Arriving at the park Kevin tells Alexa to give him cover fire, Alexa gets a little confused, then Kevin tells her to attack the spiders with his fire.

A large group of spiders gathered around the two.

Kevin has a sudden idea, looks at his left arm, uses his wind cloak to cover it, then tells Alexa. - Use a small fireball and throw it into my arm. Alexa doesn't question and follows the instructions.

When the fireball combines with the wind on Kevin's arm, its scorching power intensifies. Kevin was resisting the great scorching force that the fire exerts on his arm.

When he is ready, he throws himself into a fight with the group of spiders.

The spiders spit poison on Kevin when he starts running, he dodges the poison and makes consecutive jumps. When he arrives in front of a spider, it throws a bite at him. Kevin uses his left arm to pierce the spider's head before it closes its mouth, he realized the benefits that the fire-wrapped arm brought him, he observes that the arm added penetrating power and also the fire expanded around the spider automatically.

Alexa on the other hand stayed away from the spiders, throwing fire at them constantly, the spiders to counteract the fire, spit poison at her.

Kevin was slaughtering every spider that approached him, when Alexa didn't look he ate some spider bodies.

The battle was relatively easy for the duo.

When he finished fighting the small group of spiders, Kevin could not contain himself and began to eat the spiders, he thought that Alexa would be disgusted and would move away from him, but then he turned his head to see her and saw that she also ate the bodies of the spiders.

Kevin looked at them and was shocked by the kind of spiders in front of him, then he realized why the chimera chasing Alexa's group decided not to go in. It was because of that group of spiders led by the spider with the skull belt.

The chase continued, Kevin had been running for almost an hour.

Kevin was still holding Alexa and she was holding on tightly to Kevin's body. Then came to Kevin's mind a simple idea that also seemed to be his only option. I look at Alexa, I was about to throw her towards the spiders, when she spoke. - Hold me tight, I will start throwing fires at them. Kevin picked her up, and held her in front of him, he had to hug her so that she would not be silent because of the speed at which Kevin was fleeing. Thanks to Alexa's double head, Kevin didn't have to worry about not seeing the way, so Alexa raises her hands and opens her mouths, constantly shooting fireballs.

The fireballs could only slow down the pursuers.

Kevin does not know how long he has been fleeing the attack of the spiders, he uses his 360° vision and sees that two spiders are ahead in the group, so he decides to take a risk.

He turns around and lashes out at the two spiders, the spiders are shocked, and Alexa is also surprised by this change. Kevin tells her. - Use fire on my arm like last time. Alexa listens to you and does the same as before.

Kevin's arm is again engulfed in flames, but this time Kevin uses the full shape of the blade, lowers Alexa, concentrates a lot of wind element in his blade, when the spiders are three meters away, he makes a horizontal cut, sending a large wind blade combined with Alexa's fire. After launching the attack, Kevin reloads Alexa and walks away from the spiders. The spiders that were closer, when hit by fire, were burned to the point of leaving only bones. The spiders that failed to stop were also burned to form a wall of fire.

Taking advantage of the cover of the wall of fire, the two managed to escape from the spiders.

Kevin is looking for a place to rest. He looks at a small house and decides that this will be the resting place.
