"He can never hate you. You are the closest to him and you should see how he talks about you. He seems as if he's talking about home," Oliver said with a smile.
"I don't deserve his love and affection and care. Do you know what? The other day I visited him and he gave me a jar of cookies. I asked him how he got them and he said that he collected these by saving the cookies they gave him every day. He wanted me to take them away with myself. Maybe he thought that I am not rich enough to buy food on my own. Who's going to tell him?" She started laughing like a lunatic, her eyes were getting blurry with tears.
At that moment all of her facades were gone. She was no longer the sarcastic girl he knew from their childhood neither she was the happy go one and she wasn't the heartless villainess.
She was just a broken human who tried really hard to fix things but at the end, everything got more messy and she ended up losing the pieces of her heart.
