Treating Herself

While Chen was on a date with Bai Qiao, Yuxia had already reached the top of the 9th Elders peak.

She found a large boulder and sat on it, taking a lotus position. She meditated for a bit and reached her physical peak in a few seconds. She gathered her thoughts and sent Chen a telepathic message,

'I'm ready.'

Chen had just arrived beside Bai Qiao when he heard her. Accepting Yuxia's quest rewards for her, he greeted Bai Qiao who looked like she still had trouble standing.

Yuxia didn't have the system so she heard no notifications. But she could feel the change in herself immediately.

Her body started getting colder and colder as her blood started freezing. Her hair whole body was covered in icy mist as she kept her eyes closed and kept absorbing the Spiritual Energy of nature.

Her body was getting paler by the second and slowly her surroundings started to be covered in ice. Her hair color changed slowly from black to grey and finally, to pure snow white.

The ice on her body started receding slowly as her whole aura changed. She felt like a queen of ice who could freeze anything with a touch.

As her bloodline started to merge completely with her, a set of white soft foxy ears grew as she lost her original human ones. Nine magnificent white tails grew behind her as well. She no longer felt completely human.

She opened her eyes the moment her transformation was complete. Her dark eyes had turned snowy white. She looked like the personification of frost itself.

With her eyes opened, a large, golden pill shaped object came out of her as if it was untouchable. It glowed above her head as loud cracking sounds could be heard. The Golden Core shattered, giving birth to her Nascent Soul which was in the form of an infant at the moment.

She had officially broken through to Nascent Soul Realm. And considering the growth in her power's, her bloodline had probably been boosted to incredible levels as well.

She calmly sensed her changes when she realized that she had extra tails and her ears changed shape. She focused her inner sight and realized the source of the problem.

'My Bloodline had completely merged with me. Meaning I could essentially count as a child of a humanoid fox monster and a human.'

She focused on her Bloodline powers as she retracted her fox features, her hair turning back to black and her eyes returned to their original color.

She got up and tried using a simple freezing spell to understand her power when the whole peak turned into an icy hell.

'....Shit!'

She lost control. Her powers had grown far greater then she imagined.

Thankfully only the elders personal disciples lived on the Inner Elders peaks and Chen's personal disciples were out training.

Cleaning up the mess she created she quickly rushed to check on Chen's only pet, a 'huge' dog. It was a German Shepherd lookalike. Since Germany didn't exist on that world they just called it a dog. No special names for them. They had better things to do then naming every single types of dogs. A dog is a dog, nothing else.
