To be fair, he was required to report to the government after clearing a dungeon for another country.

So, Wooju was just supposed to submit the report that he wrote last night.
His report contained a detailed account of what happened while he was in the dungeon. He included what kinds of monsters he fought and how he killed them.
Usually, his job ended with submitting the report to President Lim Hojin.
President Lim would then report to President Choi Bon-gil.
But that annoying President was at President Lim Hojin's office when he arrived.

President Lim should have warned me.
"Hunter Han Wooju, stop glaring at President Lim," President Choi Bon-gil scolded him. "I was the one who told him not to tell you I'd be joining this meeting today."
