The reason she and Jung Sihun were caught scheming was because Jung Sihun had taken a sample of the health potion the doctor would feed her regularly. On the other hand, the reason Hunter Park Dong-min was kicked out was probably because Ahjussi had always openly hated on Sung Gowoon.
