you are mine: part 1

Cameron found himself in a dark room. He looked around but it was pitch black. He started to call for his mom and dad. He called for his aunt and uncle, for his brothers. He called out names after name but no one answered. He was scared, not of the dark but being alone. He screamed their names as his tears kept on falling. He kept on looking around for something for anything.

After a while he saw a light. He started to run towards it. When he reached the light he noticed that it was himself of the future. Cameron clenched his hands because he knew that this figure standing in front of him was the naïve him of the past. He tried to touch the illusion of himself with shaking hands. As soon as he was about to touch the fake him, the illusion ran passing through Cameron to the back. When Cameron looked he saw that the darkness had changed into a room. He knew this room too well. It belonged to lily, his fiancé.

Cameron kept on looking at the face of his illusion which was filled with love and excitement. He saw the illusion ignore the disgust in lily eyes and hug her. She hugged the illusion back but she couldn't hide the viciousness in her eyes. Cameron couldn't see himself being deceived by this fake love again. He bit his lips thinking foolish he was.

Cameron couldn't take it anymore and turned around. What you don't see can't hurt you but he was clearly not being spared. As soon as he turned around a new scene started to play in front of him. He was being carried by his fiancé adopted brother Liam to a room. He knew what was happening. How could Cameron forget the night which even made him lose his last hope.

On this day Cameron was travelling with the Safford family. They were family friends and have been with the rosewood family since the beginning of the apocalypse. In fact his father especially made a visit to get them to his house. Father just wanted to save his best friend and best friend family. But who knew that the person father considered his best friend was just a snake. A snake that was waiting for a right time to shed it fake skin of completely. Father gave him so much importance that he even engaged Cameron with Safford family daughter lily. Father considered their family like his own. Father even took care of the adopted child of Safford family.

Cameron and Stafford family were at this time in the city Azul. City Azul used to have its names because of it beautiful red sunsets and its beautiful roads which had red lanterns to illuminate it. Now it's just represents blood and lust, on this very day Cameron didn't know anything about it. He believed Stafford family when they said it was safe place and that they had a rich friend here who was doing well in apocalypse. This old man had invited them for dinner. Cameron didn't knew that it was actually for a sale of service. Cameron at that time noticed that it was strange that an old man would invite them for dinner but he just trusted Stafford family a lot. The dinner went on; he kept on ignoring the weird and disgusting gazes that the old man was giving him. When he was at the end of dinner he started to feel faint.

He lost control over his body and fell on table. He could still remember the words that were uttered that day. The old man was laughing all the time and was very pleased. The one thing he was disappointed about was that he couldn't have Cameron till a day later. Stafford family was clever they did not sell him completely but they sold the number of nights Cameron would be available to the old man. Old man could do anything. The old man just had to return him in one piece and alive. How could Stafford family afford to lose goose that laid golden eggs.

Cameron's eyes were filled with anger and hatred as he saw his illusion being carried away to a warehouse. The warehouse was not that big but it was far away from city not that it mattered. There were weird things like toys hanging on the wall or lying around. Liam threw Cameron on the bed but didn't chain him or tied him up. Liam just laughed and left as Liam licked his lips thinking of something. Liam didn't think that even in a million years Cameron would be able to overcome the effects of the drug.

After a while all four of Stafford family entered again. They discussed their future plans of using Cameron for supplies and that they would keep him unconscious and on drug till he cannot go back. They wanted to make him a slave to lust and drugs. They also talked about how they have been taking stuff from his aunt and uncle in his name. They even thought about using sympathy from Cameron by making excuses such as they were forced to do it. And if Cameron didn't want to do it then it would be lily who would be forced. They knew that Cameron of that time would never let that happen. They even thought of using the excuse as the old man was still black mailing them to suck his aunt and uncle dry. They all talked and talked while laughing like it was fun and games.

The real Cameron had his head down as he didn't want to see their faces but he still heard the same thing he heard then. He also heard thing which he might have forgotten due to drugs effect. That lily was hoping to get married to Edgar. Edgar was the most powerful man. He had abilities that only a few could match.

He heard Liam then suggests training him. They can't simply give such a new piece out what if the old man did not like him and refused to buy nights with him again. Mr. Stafford and Mrs. Stafford agreed after thinking for a while. They decided to postpone the date of service by a day so that Cameron could be prepared just a little. Lily knew her brothers thoughts a little too well. Her brother always had an eye for Cameron and just wanted to use this excuse to live his fantasy. They all decided that Liam would train Cameron. They even joked about not getting too attached and the first taste of Cameron.

Liam and everyone went out the door. Liam looked at the still unmoving Cameron with a smile. A smile that was like child looking forward to playing a forbidden toy, this might have been an enchanting yet devious smile if not for the situation. He liked his lips as he also went out to get rest.
