surprise welcome party

We have long left the city. All I can see right now is lush green trees as I stare outside the car window. I can't get enough of this; these people don't know how much of a blessing our environment is right now. They don't know how blessed they are to be living in this peaceful society.

Some might say that this peace is hiding cruel things that go around and they are not wrong. But for me at least this peace is hiding those things because its gets really ugly when those things come out in the open and become a new normal.

My heart started to beat rapidly as I saw the familiar peak of my tower. I don't know how I should feel about that tower. I have the most beautiful memories in that place and the most horrifying ones too. I looked down at my hands only to find that they were trembling. I quietly glance at mom. Thank god that she hasn't noticed. She was reading something on her pad. I finally relaxed my shoulder and rub my hands together so that they stop trembling.

I am happy to be back to my home. I kept on telling myself that it's okay those things never happen; I will never let them happen again.

------Change in perspective –------

Cameron knew that he was up for a fight. And after all he saw he was not afraid of anything but losing his family. Cameron held his mother hand. She was shocked when someone suddenly held her hand but then she held his hand back.

They pulled up in front of the house. It was more of villa than a house. Mom woke up Danny who was still asleep. Driver got out and walked to Cameron's side. He opened the door and offered his hand so that Cameron could get out. He didn't open the other door because my brother was still asleep there.

Mom looked at Cameron to see what was wrong as soon as she saw Cameron she couldn't help but smile. She saw Cameron looking between her hand and the door. He had a little frown between his eyebrows while his cheeks were puffed out. Cameron was so absorbed in the predicament that he didn't even notice people looking at him.

After going back and forth the hand door many time he finally noticed the stares. He looked at butler who had a huge smile on his face with adoration in his smile. The butler was standing beside the driver; who still had his hand stretched out. Cameron blushed and to hide his face, he turned away towards his mom. Cameron realized that his mom was looking at him and has seen everything. He couldn't help but turn completely red.

Cameron quickly took the driver hand and got out of the car and before anyone could say anything he ran into the house. He ran even faster when he heard the laughter of the butler, and this just made the laughter grow louder.

Cameron stood behind the door waiting for his mom to come in. he could still feel the heat radiating from his face. Cameron was embarrassed at how childish he acted in front of everyone even though he was 19 years old.

Cameron finally calmed himself by telling himself that it is okay as he is in a body of child. Cameron must have waited for at least 5 minutes when mom and everyone else entered. Cameron could guess from their faces that they deliberately took some time to reach the door. Cameron could help but blush again. He just turned his face away from them. Danny was still rubbing his eyes when he saw Cameron blush and turn away. He was shocked so much that he was fully awake now.

Danny laughed as he remembered something. He took Cameron by his hand towards the living-room. Cameron saw the mischievous smile Danny had on his face and knew something was up. Cameron could help but smile as it has been a long time since he saw this smile on Danny's face.

Cameron was shocked to see the entrance to the living room closed. He looked at Danny to ask why. Danny just gave him a smile as he knocked at the door 5 times. Danny then came behind Cameron put his hands on Danny eyes. At this point Cameron had already guessed what had happened.

Cameron was indeed sad when he knew that his father and brothers did not come to pick him up. Cameron knew that they all had work and it was hard for them to come pick him up at least during the day. So at that time he did not say anything.

Cameron heart was jumping as waited. He heard the door opening as he waited in anticipation. Danny nudged Cameron to walk forward. As soon as Cameron walked inside he heard everyone yell surprise as Danny took his hands back.

The first person he saw was his father, who was standing in front of everyone with his brother standing on his father side.

By this time mom and butler were standing behind Cameron. Cameron had sparkles in his eyes. He eyes looked even larger at this moment. He cheeks were red from excitement. He ran to his father with a yell "papa!!" His father picked him up and hugged him. Cameron wanted to hug his brothers and mother too. But his father didn't put him down. Everyone could see the reluctance on his face. Cameron giggled even more when he saw this. He gave a kiss on his father cheek. His father was so shocked that when Cameron asked to be put him down, he mindlessly complied.

Cameron did looked back as he hugged his eldest brother, he didn't see the face of his other family members which showed how much jealous they were.

The same thing happen again when Cameron moved to hug his second eldest brother, he didn't let him go. When Cameron looked at the brother he clearly saw that he was asking for something. Cameron was confused as he adorably looked at his brother to ask what was wrong. Cameron just took a guess and kissed him too. His brother then let him go with a satisfied smile.

Cameron moved towards the twins but this time he learned his lesson and gave them a quick hug. He went towards Danny and gave him a quick hug. He wanted to hug his mom when he was suddenly surrounded by his brothers; who were looking at him with accusation in their eyes. Cameron looked liked a small bunny who was surrounded by the wolves. He kissed them all but this time the embarrassment of what he was doing finally reached him.

Cameron was finally freed to hug his mom. He kissed her without any delay. But he noticed his mom was still asking for something from him. He smiled a little helplessly as he kissed her other cheek. She was finally satisfied and looked at others with pride declaring that she won.
