Now then, the first part of a fight with bosses of this kind is getting your potions and buffs ready while you wait for him to start, because you can only hurt him when he's not invunerable, but [potion master] has a 24 hour cooldown, so it's not ready.

The only preparation for me was to summon the rest of my manipulators, and replace my skins* with the cerberus' hide for extra protection.

"Ah, my heart is about to burst and I'm not even fighting yet. You sure get the adrenalin pumping, don't you Mr Goat head? Still don't want to reply? That's fine by me, cause you will have no choice but to talk when I beat you." I smirked and moved my manipulator in my hand in a way so that the goat head was in the reflection.

I've seen people do that in a lot of stories before, so I couldn't miss out on an opportunity to look fancy in the middle of a battle.

This is all kind of like practice, so that I could do badass poses when I fight some strong human.

"Ooh, what's this?" I looked around and saw the streams of blood, which were all heading in the direction of the boss get sucked into the ground, and at the same time the goat head's mana and pressure which he applied started to increase.

That must be why this guy's neck had roots - to suck up the blood of people his blood print kills and use it to power up.

The sky, which was completely clear before, was now full of stormclouds, with purely red light seeping through gaps.

"Hooh, what's this? So you can change the enviroment as well.. ambient changes like these in a bossfight is just brilliant. Makes you realize the scale, right?" It has always been one of the coolest things in videogame bossfight, and those kind of side effects always made my hands itch to get the fight rolling.

And today's no exeption.

The grass was also red all around, due to the blood, which only amlified the effect.

Suddenly, the head shut its mouth in a flash, creating a massive shockwave. This must be a status effect which is meant to discombobulate me.

"Haha, how do you like that? Ain't my abilities just too strong?" And [abnormal status resistance] is still only F-, which means that the effect is not even that good compared to what it will be when I max it out.

It opened its mouth once again.

I heard a crackle and jumped to the side. At the same moment, a red lighting, formed by the clouds, struck the exact spot I was standing on.

Another crackle, this time slighty to my right, forcing me to roll in the opposite direction, which is where the next bolt of lightning was flying at me. I had to TP out.

"Well there goes my "full mana" run." I was a little disappoined that I was forced to use a skill.

"Whoa! Give me a minute, will you?" I was running around the head in a circle, dodging all of the lighting bolts thrown at me, Using TP when I was cornered.

He isn't running out of mana, so I probably have to do something..

"Let's pray that my plan doesn't end up as a cuicide mission." With those words, I TP'd into the goat's mouth, and the lightnign attacks, which were previously tracking me, now ended up striking the guy's mouth.

It's tongue flopped out and the head, which was previusly facing directly up, was now tilted sideways.

"Yes, it's vunerable now!" I sprinted up to it and used a skill I aqqured during the fight with mimics, [devastating attack].

A lot of mana gathered in my right hand, and the left hand attacked to the head, allowing me not to knock myself or my enemy back with this attack.

I threw a punch, and with a boom, I was lauched away, but thanks to my hand being attacked to the head, I was fine.

The skill went on cooldown and I was able to move back, letting my four manipulators strike him for a few more seconds until he got concsious again.

All of the spots where lightning struck, which were now charred, started to shake and thin streams of blood which just came out from the spots, started getting thicker and thicker, eventually turning into golems made of blood.

"Ah, I should have TP'd to it's mouth earlier, and I wouldn't have to fight such a large amount of golems." How many were there? Ten, twenty.. Fifty.. Almost one hunderd.

Welp, I brought this upon myselft. A crooked smile appeared on my face. This is the first time I'm fighting a huge crown of enemies here.

The golems were about 2 meters tall eachs.

I dashed towards the closest one to me and started slashing at him with two manipulators, one in each hand. The other two flew right behimd my hands, copying each attack I do, which basically doubled my damage output with the same effort.

He joined his hands and slammed them onto the ground. Weaving between golems, I left countless cut on each one faster than their attacks could reach me.

A jump over a golem's head, and he smashed one of his own. I jumped up from his head with a lot of force, pushing him into the ground, and landed on the head of the next one.

Another golem attempted to hit me, but I quickly leapt onto the ground, which lead to one killing the other once again. I then ran up to the one who just attacked and started running around him in circles, all the while slashing away at it.

During the whole fight, I had chilling touch enabled since it didn't use mana anymore. Even if I wanted to, I couldn't fly up into the air cause I would get sucked up into the stormcould, which were made of mana.

"74 down, 21 to go." I was having the fun of a lifetime.
