"This…" The Emperor was stunned. He was shocked by the information that went inside his mind as this was like those powerful void realm cultivators who could put cultivation arts and techniques into the minds of their disciples. They need no books or written guides to teach, but, put those ancient and powerful techniques through the mind of their disciples.

And so, how did his 6-year-old son do this? Was his son a reincarnated void realm cultivator? But… If his son was, was he a lone cultivator or a powerful sect member? But if he was a sect member, his sect would've arrived at their palace when his son was born but no one did. So, the former would be more likely. Still, it's truly impossible to do this without talent… could his son have hidden talents in runes?

Nonetheless, Eric was his blood and flesh, so he would never betray the empire, and introducing this bracelet to him was a great gesture from his son.

While everyone was waiting for the emperor's response, the emperor's mind traveled far into Eric's possible future.

Snapping back quickly, the emperor expressed a "Hmmm" sound and quickly took out 2 pieces of low-grade energy stones. He put them above the bracelet and it quickly sucked inside. The ministers were surprised by what happened, but, kept quiet. As soon as the stones were inserted, the system asked the emperor in his mind if he wants to log in to the 'Monster Island' world, and he did.

After logging in, the emperor's eyes shut off, and turned on sleeping mode. Just like a normal sitting position, the emperor quietly sat with his eyes closed.

The ministers were shocked and got worried, but as soon as Eric's grandfather, the acting grand chancellor, put up his hands and signed that there was nothing wrong, everyone got back to their places and waited for the emperor's judgment.

Inside the monster island world, the emperor opened his eyes and saw his environment. He was shocked thoroughly as he seemed to be transported into another realm. What was surprising was that the energy flow within the realm was quite heavy and could be a great place to cultivate for people like him. However, after a few seconds, a guard approached him and told him the same introduction to the world.

He was surprised that the 'realm' was infested by monsters and as the guard said, he must defeat the monsters outside this castle and avoid them destroying the castle's wall or he will fail the mission. Although still unfamiliar with the new terms he heard from the system and the guard, he used logic and understanding to keep up. As the system told him so, the time flow in this world and the outside would be 1 hour was equal to 15 days in this world. So, those 2 low-grade energy stones can get him 12 hours of real-time, which was 180 days in this world.

This was also one of his shocking experiences with the bracelet and his son, as he knew, time was a precious element within the cultivation world and it was very rare for someone to cultivate time arts and techniques. So, he suspected that his son has other talents other than his cultivation talent of the heavenly grade. Runes and time/space could be those other hidden talents, but the emperor put them all back in his mind as he wants to fully experience this world that his son created.

15 minutes passed and the system announced that the emperor's mission has started. And so, the emperor walked out of the castle's gate and prepared for his defense against the 'monsters' the guard told him about. He was actually clueless on the immensity of this mission, as a world realm cultivator, there were few monsters that can actually hurt him, plus with the empire's army, with good cultivation levels, there were very few monsters and people that can make a dent to his great empire. So, he underestimated the mission.

This was what the emperor initially thought, but, once the mission started and the "Mortal Wave" was announced, the energy flow of the world quickly went violent and monsters from all corners of the castle walls appeared and started attacking. Although the emperor scanned them and only had mortal realm cultivations, with their infinite numbers, he knew he would mess up the mission. Also, he has to defend the castle walls for 15 days continuously against these mortal realms monsters. As a lone person, that would exhaust himself to the fullest, but, never minding the end result, the emperor quickly released his energy as the world realm expert and attacked the monsters from all four corners of the castle.

The bloody and messy bodies of the monsters could be seen all around the castle walls. The battle has just begun for the emperor.
