Chapter Twenty-Four: Drake taking charge of the situation

(Drake's Pov) Ava turned to look at this guy who was growling and snarling at me. Kane and I got pissed off because our mate started walking towards the large male. I heard her say, "Brother this is my other mate Drake." I looked confused by her calling the guy brother.

I took a closer look at the very large male and realize he's the beta of the Moonlight Pack. I also remember that he has three brothers, a sister, and the oldest brother is the alpha.

I said, "Ava, is the beta of the Moonlight Pack really your brother?" Ava said, "Yes, but I also have three more brothers as well." I looked to Isabella and she didn't seem shocked by this news. I thought they must have known that they were mates for a month or so. I said, "So your the daughter of Alpha Derrick Carter and Luna May Carter?" She said "Yes I am which makes me an alpha female just like Isabella is." I was confused and surprised. I started putting everything together and it all made perfect sense as to why their wolves are bigger than normal. I turned to Isabella and asked, "What pack are you from then?" Isabella replied, "I'm from the Blood Moon Pack an Alpha Jackson Black and Luna Denita Black are my parents."

I almost forgot about the male being over there when I heard him growl again. Ava said, "Ace go back to the house and get your head out of your ass before I do it myself." Isabella and I smirked at the words that came out of our mates mouth.

Once Ace left I asked them if they wanted to head back to my place. They agreed and they followed me after they shifted.
