Chapter Ten: Ava's mate

(Ava's Pov) She said "I'm from the Blood Moon pack and my name is Isabella." When she said she was from the Blood Moon pack I froze. Our packs are sworn enemies after what happened between her alpha and my dad.

I asked "What are you doing on my pack's land though." Isabella said "I was searching for you because I smelt you from my friend's house." I was happy when she said that she was looking for me. I said "You shouldn't be on my pack's land though it's dangerous." She said "I know, but it was worth it. I found my mate, after looking for months." I said "I'm happy you found me" flirting with her. She asked what my name was and I told her Ava.

We freaked out when we heard howling. I gave her my number and she left.

I went to go see where the howling was coming from. I looked for a while, before Zach and Emily came towards me. They told me they smelt someone from the Blood Moon pack came across our territory. I told them whoever came across left, before I got over there lying to them about Isabella. They asked what I was doing near the border line. I lied to them saying I was going on a walk. They believed me and we left to go home. Dad asked where Spade was and I said he is with a friend lying.
