Visiting The Festival

(From Blue's Perspective)

We went to a local restaurant where the chairs and tables looked like they were from the house of a peace-loving old woman. It gave a homely feeling. I liked it instantly.

It was warm inside. I wondered if there was a hidden fireplace somewhere.

We wore normal clothing. Dem had to wear a hooded cloak to hide his eyes, as black eyes were not normal. And besides, there could be someone who would recognize him not only because of the black color of his eyes but also because of the fact that he had one eye. Most people knew the King of Querencia lost an eye in the war.

We also got a small cap for Dion. He hated it. Whatever. We would just take it off after we got our seats.

We found ourselves a table of three. Dion was on my lap, trying to get rid of his cap. Since it looked like he hated it a little too much, I took it off for him.

"Your Highness, I am too hungry, so I want a lot of food," Perita said.
