"Has anyone come over?'' Darrien asks with a smile on his face. I haven't seen Darrien since he left the community, he looks happier than before he left. Whatever Jabi is doing is working. I don't even want him to come back if that means he will always have this glow on his face.
"Nope, what are you asking?'' I can tell that he is beating around the bush right now. there is something on his mind and he doesn't just want to come out and say it.
He shakes his head "Never mind. So how are things going? I heard a rumor," his eyes shift lower until he is staring at my stomach. I raise a brow because I want him to say it outright.
