Chapter - 32 [ Successful Experiment ]

Seeing the destruction in front of its eyes, the dragon couldn't but feel like it is seeing a world ending. Blue flames which matched its scales, burning even the vampire's bones, it couldn't help but gulp.

GULP...!

Hearing the sound of gulping, Adam was forced to laugh. Hearing its savior laughing, it was forced to be silent again. Then Adam stopped before asking, "Are you okay...?" Hearing his question, the dragon said, "Y..yes...! "

He smiled at its stuttering. Then as he was about to leave, the dragon stopped him, "Wait...!"

He turned to its eyes and asked, "What is it..?"

The dragon asked in a fearful voice, "Aren't you going to ask me anything..?"

He knew it was asking about repayment for helping it. However he said, "I didn't help you because I wanted something. I was just passing by."

Being a dragon, pride again forced it to say, "I can't let you go without giving you anything..! I am a descendant of the prideful dragon clan...! I won't let my savior go empty handed...! "

Hearing the dragon's words, he wanted to just leave it be. However he remembered something. So he smiled before asking,

"Then I'd like to ask for your help in something."

Hearing this, the dragon was excited and said, "Yes, I will help with whatever you want..!"

Adam then said, "Make a temporary master servant contract with me.." Hearing this, the dragon was silent. However after a moment it nodded with its maw. Adam's mood elated. However, even after some minutes passed, there wasn't anything that the dragon was doing. It was just standing in front of him without any words.

As he was about to ask what it was doing, he felt something inside him. He felt like, someone else was talking through his mind. Concentrating enough he heard,

'Would he force me to do something...?' With that first sentence he understood that it was the dragon's sound. He looked at Celeste, which she answered by, "For a dragon, accepting someone as a master in its mind is enough. Dragons are very prideful creatures." which in a voice only he could hear.

He now understood. He then felt the soul connection with the dragon. He said, "Thank you. It is enough. I will retract the contract now..." After his words, the dragon said, "There's no need sir. I feel like it is my lifetime luck that I get to serve someone like you. So if you don't mind, I'd like to keep it as is..!"

Hearing this Adam felt the soul connection between the dragon becoming stronger. He sighed. The dragon seems to have taken him as its master.

"Very well. But remember, I don't have any needs for servants. So I probably wouldn't call you. If you still want to be my servant, then do as you like. However is your family going to accept this...?"

Hearing him, the dragon said, "Thank you Master..! You don't have to worry about it. My family will not say anything about my choices."

He nodded and said, "You can leave then. If I need you, I will call you. And if you are in any danger, just tell me through our connection and I will quickly come."

It nodded before bowing. When it raised its head, there wasn't anyone but him in that place.

"The master is such a mysterious person..."

Returning to the cart, he removed the barrier and leaned towards Amy's lap. She made a 'Mmm' sound before patting his head in her sleep. Cel appeared out of air and rested on his chest still in her pocket sized figure. She asked through telepathy,

'Did you ask for a contract to check our suspicion..?'

He said, 'Indeed. And what do you think happened..?' Hearing he is trying to be mysterious, she clicked her tongue before saying, 'Say it or I am leaving..!'

This time he clicked his tongue and said, 'It should be a little mysterious you know..!? Hah... It was a successful experiment.'

She was excited to hear his answer. He continued, 'Actually there was a change in my senses and feelings. So I checked, and I found that I can indeed transform into a true race of my contracted races..!'

His words hit her like a mountain as she never expected an anomaly like him would ever appear. And what made her tremble was that, when he transformed into a spirit, it made her, the spirit queen tremble and a feeling of wanting to kneel and serve him was born inside her. She doesn't know what kind of being he is. However she knows that he is a good person.

Now hearing that he can transform into a damn dragon, she was too excited. Dragons was said to be one of the most powerful races in the world. They are the embodiment of power and majesty. Their senses and defensive ability are very good too.

'You should show us tomorrow..! I can't wait to see it...!' Her excited voice was heard inside his head. He saw her body moving cutely. So he picked her gently before placing her close to his neck and said, 'I will. For now let's sleep.' He kissed her forehead lightly as well. She smiled before nodding and snuggling closer to his neck.

Seeing her acting cutely again, he chuckled in his mind before falling asleep.....

The cart driver who saw smoke rising from the centre of the forest asked in disbelief, "What is that...!? It looks dangerous. I should drive fast and pass the forest as soon as possible..!" He said, as he controlled the horses. Since he activated a barrier to not disturb them, Adam only smiled when he heard the driver.

After some hours....

Someone just appeared like a fog suddenly. Reaching this place, he looked at the destruction caused by what he thinks is a natural enemy of his kind the vampires, Fire. The unusual thing is that, this fire had a distinct aura to it. Since he couldn't see the flame, he doesn't know the actual color or properties of the fire.

"It was indeed right to trust my instincts. I can't even find their bones. It should be an unknown fire spirit or someone with a monster level of control over the fire element. But who...? Can they use it more than once...? I can feel that even if someone of my level uses it, their whole magic power would be spent...and I can smell humans."

"It is impossible for humans to have such strength.... So it must be a spiritualist huh.... And a strong one at that... Hah....Don't worry, my students..! I will take revenge for you...!"

His words echoed through the forest...

He said with a red face. Even though he was an experienced person, even without hearing something but seeing the cart moving sometimes he wondered what they were doing inside a carriage. It was still a sensual topic after all....

And most important of all, there was only one male and the other three were females (He can't see Celeste) . He felt that this young man is a monster with different meanings.....
