A sudden banquet (3)

Prince Theodosius jumped out of his seat and used his danizoma magic to borrow Lantis' powers, who uses earth magic. He summoned a wall to block the dagger and a loud crack was heard.

"Gideon Yietz, you are under arrest for attempting to kill a royal." The King pointed his fingers at the young boy who is trembling, afraid of the consequences that will be made if he was arrested.

Anastasia and his brothers are considered royals, they should also be called prince and princess but since their father disagreed with it, and wants to live normally just like the other nobles.

"P-please, don't! Gideon is still a child!" Baroness Yietz pleaded but the King stood up and walked away.

"Go inside and enjoy the rest of the banquet." He said and went away.

"Are you alright, Sia?" Prince Theodosius worriedly asked her, who is in shock.

Even if Anastasia didn't participate, she will still be accepted. The only reason that the King wants her to join is to see how much her powers have grown.

"Y-yes, I am."

Anastasia's eyes wandered around to see where Cassian is, she tried to control her feelings but she can't, even her body quickly moved on its own.

"Lantis, help her get inside, I shall heal her at my chamber."

Lantis assists her, before following him, she looks back to find Cassian once again. But in the end, she couldn't see him.

"You are strong for a six-year-old." The violet-haired boy said. If Cassian is not in her sight, she is longing for him but the potion is not in effect.

"Well, same as you are. You act like you're a grown-up." She said, referring to Lantis whom she saw drink alcohol with the adults.

"I am, thank you." Lantis is the age of Prince Theodosius. Despite these sites, they grew up together and are quite close to each other.

Anastasia growled in pain when she propped her left foot. She twisted it during her fight with Gideon, who will be facing a penalty for what he did.

Lantis held her hand as support because she couldn't climb the stairs. He sighed, the two of them are kids but he feels hesitant whether to carry her or not. Lantis is afraid of issues, he doesn't want him to be dragged into the nasty rumors.

"Whatever." He whispered to himself. Lantis was about to lift Anastasia but Cassian came, he held Lantis's hand and squeezed it hard. Anastasia's heart pounded, she couldn't control her emotion so she suddenly pushed Lantis' hand that is holding her as support and ran closer to Cassian but she lost her balance and fortunately, he caught her.

"Oh, if my memory serves me right, I think you're Cassian." Lantis teasingly say but Cassian just stared at him with a straight face and carried Anastasia like a bride. He turned his back on Lantis and walked away. Lantis stopped him and he suddenly punched Cassian.

"You dare to defy the order of the crown prince?" Lantis boldly said Cassian knew arguing with him would take him nowhere that's why he walked the staircase and went inside the Prince's palace and went inside his chambers.

When the both of them entered, Prince Theodosius looks surprised. Prince Theodosius noticed the sprain and her wound so he stood up to approach it. Cassian lowered her onto the bed and he leaned against the wall to rest. Theo put his hand on the sprain and a bright light came out there. While watching, Cassian noticed that the swelling was spontaneously disappearing and the wound was closing.

"You are healer, is that the reason why she constantly bugs you to teach her?"

"It's not of your business. Sia is mine alone." He said and opened the door as a sign for Cassian to leave. "She will be sleeping here tonight, I will inform our family."

He's referring to their family because they are related to each other. Cassian plans to leave but her tears keep flashing on his mind.

"I won't, her brother is my close friend. They won't let you do as you please."

Anastasia is smiling like crazy while staring at Cassian, who glazed over her to stop.

"It's not like I want to, okay? his brother will kill me, especially that we're going back to the academy the day after tomorrow." embarrassed Cassian said as he bit his lip.

"Don't worry about me, Prince Theodosius! I want to be with my family. It's been so long since we've been completed. Thank you for healing me." She thanked the prince who was wondering because he wasn't called by his nickname.

"Sia.."

They went out the door and she didn't even bother to look back and face the prince.

"What happened to her?" He asked himself as he watched the two went to their ways. Lantis came frowning, he told what happened and he felt that Cassian was the prince's rival.

"It doesn't matter, Sia is mine and we are destined."

When they arrived, a lot of food was opened for them and the nobles were already dancing. Earlier, Anastasia clung to Cassian's arm which he tried to repeatedly remove and scolds her.

"We're worried sick, Sia!"

Even a few months have been harvested, he was still not used to being called by her name. Kianna is the one she grew up with and every time she remembers her past life, she feels alone and she just wants to cry.

Her mother and father knew that she liked Cassian but the two did not say that her feelings got worse because of the potion. The siblings didn't know that she didn't ssian in the first place. About the potion, they speculated that it was an enhancer feelings potion.

The couple decided to invite Cassian to sleep in their house because their youngest child would be happy to know that her crush will be sleeping at their manor.

"What? I don't want to sleep with Cassian!" Athanasius shouted because his father wanted him and Cassian to share a room. Anastacius' room is messy so only Siu can share with them. So, the three of them will be sharing the same room.

"I want cassian next to me." She insists on being with Cassian but her parents refused to. Eventually, the couple agreed that the four children would be sleeping together in the same room. It was to let their sons watch over Cassian and Sia.

They just finished the banquet and went home with Cassian. Siu's horrible look at Cassian as Anastasius suppresses his annoyance and shows his maturity side to his mother and father.

"I and Cassian will be sleeping together, you should sleep far away from us."

Cassian's face blushes, "N-no! I will be sleeping next to Anastasius." He says and went to the farthest side with Anastasius next to him, Siu, and Anastasia.

"What?! but I don't want to! I want to be next to you!" She shouted, trying to reach his hands but Siu hugged and caressed her forehead, which he always does to her since she was smaller.

"Now, now, Sia."

Somehow, Anastasia felt sleepy and fell to the bed, next to Athanasius. The two were watching them and Anastasius peeked at Cassian.

"What? do you want me to do that to you?" Anastasius teasingly says.

"Not a chance in hell!" He said and turned his face to the wall.

"Have sweet dreams, kids," Mielle said, who closes the lights and went to her bed.
