Meeting Father in Law (2)
Kyle had excellent grades and used to be a scientist himself, so he didn't have much problem following Kate's Father's conversation. It was just that some biological terms were stranger to him because his major was different from Kate's Father.
"You're indeed very knowledgeable." Kate's Father looked at the man in front of him and shook his head.
Indeed, it was relatively easy for Kyle to answer these kind of questions. As a professor who had been staying in the academic world for a long period of time, it was normal for Kyle to know all these things.
"I have learned a lot, Father in law," Kyle answered humbly.
While he could act out and argued with his own father all day long, he definitely wouldn't repeat the same when he was talking with Kate's Father. After all, he wanted to ask for the latter's daughter's hand in marriage.
He had to be polite.
