Chapter 700 Difficult Choices

Gao Yuan left devastation in his wake as though a tornado had swept through, for he could destroy everything around him at will, but he soon ceased to do so. After realizing he could take whatever he wanted and that the Serpent People's mothership, vast as it was, served merely as his hunting ground, he saw no need to destroy what already belonged to him.

When Gao Yuan felt he had arrived where he intended, he stopped and started to curiously survey his surroundings.

This was the control room of the Serpent People, or rather, the heart of the entire mothership. Approximately a hundred Serpent People were present here.

Gao Yuan stood amidst a group of Serpent People who were variously seated or standing, or working on screens that seemed very sci-fi. At that moment, they all stopped their tasks and watched Gao Yuan.

A silent mutual scrutiny ensued between the two sides.
