Despite the warnings, Alex becomes obsessed with the possibilities of time travel. He begins to explore historical events, learning things no modern person should know. From the Great Library of Alexandria to the Ming Dynasty, Alex's thirst for knowledge grows, but with each trip, he becomes more reckless. Sarah, growing concerned, tries to pull him back before it's too late.
