The reincarnated individual Chae Yeong and her Twin Sister Chae-won approached the headquarters of the International Council.

The Entered the group where the 11 other world leaders are sitting to begin the meeting, as they opened the door.

"I wish to make an offensive on the demi-humans in the middle east since they control both Africa and there but there are reports that they took Saint Lo without resistance."

An Orc stood up and said.

"I am Anne Arc, but since the great offensive into Spain during world war 1 where the Chinese Dynasty took India and Mongolia; while my the Angtal Empire broke up and turned into civil then the Deri Empire invaded the region."

Prime Minister Zhongli stood up and said.

"True, we wanted to conquer so we may be seen as a superpower power but during this time Sarius and President George Texna along with Bunina invaded us and the Deri Empire; so we made peace cause too many people have died."

Zhongli's bodyguard touched him then approached the Table.

Bodyguard: "I am Chen Ling but how long will we let these demi-humans from the destroyed nations during the human-dragon rape and kick my people; this has gone on for 50 years now."

Prime Minster Hina Ichiko's secretary Akira Nasoon is thinking about this then came up with an idea.

Akira Nasoon:" There is a spell made said to be made between the defeated demon lord and our creator; legend says that one day a reincarnated being will conquer a region and try to bring back the dead demon lord to show her true ways to all that fought her in her past but we can use that being's to conquer the region belonging to the group killing our locals when they try to do this."

Hina scolded at this and replied.

All: " True but after the Demi-Human is wiped out at the Saint and the Middle East, we will finish them ourselves at Africa with the guilds and our forces." They told Hina Ichiko.

The meeting has ended with Hina Ichiko with the task of sending their best warrior to the Franco Empire.

So Hina Ichiko started walking towards the Tokyo Adventurer Guild.

After 20 minutes of walking, she arrived and walked up to the guild door then entered it.

The guild looks more empty and lifeless than before.

She approached the counter and saw that it is the guild master.

Guild Master:" I am guild master Asahi but due to people abandoning the guild after I ran the guild for 2 years, we have only 9 members left."

Hina Ichiko: " I am here to request a quest for Husima Isoma ."

Asahi:" Husima Isoma!"

She turned visible and bowed before Hina."

Hina Ichiko: "There is no need to bow before but I will pay you 7000 gold for investigating the Demi-humans at Saint Lo and wipe them out, your guild will also have government sponsorship as a bonus for a successful mission."

Husima Isoma :"I will do it."

So she went to the guild portal and took your samurai sword and armor then started to leave.

Asahi spotted her and said.

She arrived at the port and paid the man at the cruise ship entrance 500 silver then she came aboard the ship.

The cruise ship is now moving and as they are leaving the port.

Husima Isoma: "Sure."

So the man took a shrine-like box and placed it in her hand.

Man: "You are level 180, may you help us defend our ship as we pass Saint Lo."

She smiled and shake her in a show of approval.

The ones that saw and heard this spread word of this, so everyone went to the open and started relaxing on the cruise ship.

4 weeks later.

They are passing Saint Lo.

The attackers attacked in the same way as before but before they came on top of the ship.

One wave saw their allies get cut into half, when 30% of the attackers are left, they retreated.

So they reached the Port area that lead to Pari, the tourist spent a week in Pari and left then retreat home safely thanks to Husima Isoma.

Husima Isoma is now spending her time trying to gather support against the demi-humans and the other creatures, she keeps on encountering at sea and ocean.
