' I can smell blood, I look down at myself and see I'm covered in it, how much is mine I do not know, people are running out from the throne room, the screams are atrocious, the guards helpless against the onslaught.
There are demons every where, Kundun (Chaos) unrelenting, moves effortlessly killing all in his path, making way to me, my body explodes, the pain undescribable, I've taken the form of what looks like a Dragon, demons perishing one by one, the gore and horror like a walk on the park, another Dragon joins me, a Red Dragon, Kundun attacks, but the Red Dragon deflects the offensive, putting himself between me and Kundun.'
"Noooo!!!!! Get out of the way!!!!" I wake up screaming, my t-shirt and sheets drenched in sweat, no matter what I do I can't escape the reality of this dream that has haunted me for the last four hundred years.
The bedroom door opens with a bang, Jun comes in fast as a bullet, " What! What happened? Are you ok?" he asks surveying the room as if looking for hidden monsters, all I can think is how happy I am that he's home.
"Nothing, just my recurring dream, its that time of year again..." Jun walks up to the bed and hands me a t-shirt from the open dresser, funny enough it's my Mortal Kombat T.
Sighing Jun asks "How are you feeling these days? You don't look like yourself."
"That's funny coming from you bro!" I try to lighten up the mood.
"Don't pull that bs with me, it never worked not about to happen a miracle today, so spill it!"
His green eyes have such depth you feel lost, its like diving into a clean lake, he's always been the only one I can't hide from and after four hundred years I still don't know if that's a good thing.
"Life is fate working its course. Another year has gone by, the pearls are still secure, the Heavenly Kingdom is safe, what more can I ask? My life was never my own."
There's a kind of sadness when Jun speaks, " No sister, our lives are not our own, we serve a higher purpose."
Suddenly I feel a jolt in my heart, the pain so intense I double down, this only happens when someone is trying to find the pearls, "Jun we need Nu´wa!!! Now .... now !!!" he's not listening holding me tight a hand over my heart, trying to sense if my pearl is in danger.
The room starts to tremble and fade, a loud noise like thunder shakes the house, Nu´wa it seems does not sleep, I feel her presence the instant she enters the human world, thank the Gods!
The thing with Nu´wa is she's somenone you do not want to get angry, she's the dominnering type and to top it off ...overprotective.
"Who dares?!!! Who dares!??" Nu´wa appears before us in a shimmering form, Jun kneels on the ground as do I bowing to pay our respects to the Godess.
"How did they manage to go through all the wards I've put around you Jade?" Nu´wa asks, but I'm as shocked as she is.
Jun has a guess, "Jade was dreaming just now! I think they came in through the dream world."
Nu´wa shook her head, " So that's the distress I felt, first the dream and then anyone of those ignorant humans trying to dig up what should remain buried...if they have enough power to come at us through dreams you are not safe anymore Jade, you'll have to be on the move to make it hard to pinpoint your location, either that or going to Kunlun..."
