At the scene where the fight began, a number of guards surrounded the carriage protecting it from black-hooded assassins, a speed that is impossible to achieve by humans, slashing the guards with there sharp daggers using a technique that can kill an opponent above there level.

The battle continued more than 10 minutes,

greater than 80 dead bodies was seen at the scene.

"You all should've surrendered and let us give you a quick death, protecting a cripple isn't worth struggling for, she may be the daughter of the renowned moroung clan of tiger cloud city but what can a cripple do when she grow up!" Said the Assassin with disdain, he who led the attack was also at the Rank 3 Novice Stage sitting on top of tree branch with a domineering posture.

"Yeah, yeah enough with the speech kill them." After disturbing fei ling's reply he ordered his men to kill all the remaining guards

Only 6 guards remained, were wounded either tired. The young lady who was inside carriage cannot bear the guilt and decided to go out.

"Wait!! I'm the only you want to kill right? then please leave these brave men alone and take me instead!."

Tearful eyes looking at the other side and said "Run away, please save yourselves we can't win, i've been hiding my whole life just to live a peaceful life but still no matter how i tried to avoid it someone always finds as if i was a curse that was born in this world, i really didn't wanted to be the heir of the family that day so i gav-"

Simultaneously the assassins began to attack throwing daggers at the young miss but was blocked by another guard. the stiff lady was shocked and glancing at the dying soldier at the ground, his last word were "run" with a faint voice, a tear dropped but before the tear touched the ground, fei ling lift the young miss up and ran into the Forest"

"Pursue them!" The leader of the assassins jumps out from his spot dashing towards fei ling but was blocked by a few guards, "Tch." The leader of the assassin was irritated trying to kill his way out.

On other hand, a campfire crackles, on top was seemed to be a portion of a giant tentacle next to it was a boy holding a stick shoved in a piece of cooked meat lying on a slant shaped chair.

"Ahh, nothing beats the smell of a cooked phantom octopus although its so long to cook it." Damon relaxing on the night of a full moon beside a giant octopus 12 times the size of a human.

He heard a multiple shouts more than 200 meters away from him, thinking it's now at night why would a human enters this forest the rumors about damon should've been scattered all over the city.

"if they're here to hunt me then they should've waited until morning comes, not that i care, if they're here to seek death then let me take that offer HAHAHAHA!!!." Damon thought. Damon then decided to check.

The night came, after hours of chasing, fei ling gasping holding the young lady by her arms running aimlessly

"Young miss i think this should be far enough to catch my breathe." Fei ling slows down then stops at the bushes. "We'll set out once my stamina recovers, afterwards, we need to find some place to settle in." She then puts down the young lady onto the ground.

The young was miserable about what happened to the guards protecting her and said: "I'm sorry for being a burden to you, you could've just abandoned me at that time of trouble, tell me sister why do you all need to go so much effort just to let help me?" The young lady cries with sadness." Fei ling give it some thoughts and then answered holding her head with a gentle smile:

"Huh? what do you mean sister?"

"Just as i said we knew you, when you were just a child we took care of you, we thought we were just suppose to guard you nothing more nothing nothing less however, times go by you always wore that carefree and cheerful smile of yours, treated us equally, before we realize we already treated you as our own daughter, until that happened. We were deeply sad and regretful we didn't have the power to protect them so we all swore that day to never again let that happen." Fei ling hugs the young lady, the young cries even more.

A few moments after, "We need to go let's find some place to rest."

After minutes of searching for shelter, all they see was just plain deep forest.

"Found you." A dagger suddenly was thrown towards the face of the Lady, in time, Fei ling succeeded to block it but by her own flesh, the penetrated her back.

"Sister!!" The lady shouted in shock.The assassins who were about to surround fei ling and the young miss.

Fei ling again lifted the young lady and dashes away from the assassins.

"Don't think you can escape!! that dagger was already poisoned!!" It took another minutes of the assassins chasing them until the poison starts to effect fei ling's body slowly, fei ling speed started to slow down to the point the assassin slowly catches up to them, this time, 2 daggers were launched, hitting fei ling's back, the young miss didn't know because fei ling never reacted until she showed an unsteady movements and losses her balance and tosses the young lady on the ground.

The young lady slowly gets up looking at fei fing, she was shocked on what she have seen, multiple daggers stuck was on her back, the young lady slowly crawls using her knee and hands towards her.

Fei ling slowly gets up and she performs a posture for defending. A dark purplish veins can be seen on fei ling's face noticed that the poisoned slowly consumes her, she didn't expect the poison took effect this fast, she did practice drinking poison for immunity however she didn't think that the assassins used a poison as strong as this, is the person that ordered the assassins really hate the young girl this much.

"You're tougher than you look i didn't expect you could endure the poison that powerful well the fun's over it's time to end this"

"Why are you doing this?!" the young lady cried in sadness.

As he was about to finish sentence a voice of a child shocked thinking that he didn't sense any movement or a sound but before he could react A sword slashed his neck like butter and fell on top of the tree leaving a headless body. Looking at scene all the people on the spot was shocked in silence. The child then kicked the body to fall and said:

"Fun's over? no, no the fun has just begun!!! HAHAHAHA!!!"
