The Order's Disruption

"Commander, a large number of warships suddenly rushed out of the opposing Fleet. They are flying towards the negotiation site!"

Chen Xue's anxious voice suddenly sounded from Ethan's communicator.

"How many opponents are there? Can they be intercepted?" Ethan throws a flurry of questions at her

"We are unable to intercept, the negotiation site is separated from the fleet and the opponent, so we cannot attack. The number of the opponent is more than 1000 with three unknown warships leading them". Adjutant Chen reported.

"How much time until they enter the range of the negotiation site?" Ethan asked.

"It is expected that the space station will enter their range in 10 minutes." She replied.

"Then dispatch all mecha units!"

"Roger!"

"Aren't you going to explain?" Ethan then turns to look at Commander in Chief Fisk to ask.

"How do you know who I am?" Fisk asked, puzzled.

"It's not important, what is important is what are you going to do?" Ethan asked again.

"I have never given such an order!" Fisk replied with confusion written all over his face.

"Hmm?"

'He didn't seem to be lying. What was going on?' Ethan thought inwardly.

"This is Fisk, what happened to the ships?" He spoke into his communicator trying to figure out what was going on.

"Commander, I don't know, we are still investigating it. One-third of our warships suddenly got out of our control!" a voice reported from the other side.

"Disarm them!" Fisk ordered.

"We can't, Commander. They are in between the Fleet and the negotiation point. If we attack, it is very likely that the negotiation space station will also be destroyed".

"F**ck…" He banged the table in anger.

"Be careful, Commander Fisk!"

*Pew pew*

One of the Vortans and Federation negotiators suddenly took out an ion laser pistol and pulled the trigger at Adam. Everything happened in a blink of an eye.

Fortunately, another negotiator saw this and immediately pushed him away. He was the one shot by the laser and died instantly.

Fisk got up from the ground and glared at the armed negotiators, then at Evan and Ethan.

"What's the meaning of this?" Fisk asked angrily.

"We don't know, it seems there's a traitor amongst us too" Evan while sighing.

"Dickson, I didn't expect this from you," Evan asked the negotiator who is pointing a gun at him

"Sorry Commander, but the existence of the Prince will disrupt the plan Lord Kree and The Order have in place for the Emperor. For the future of the Empire, the Prince must die, we can't let you reach any agreement with the humans!" the Vortan said.

Evan's face dimmed turning grim upon hearing the organization's name. He was familiar with it and never forgot the terror they rained on Earth and nearby planets under the Federation.

"What about you?" Evan turns to ask Dickson.

"The same, we can't let you reach an agreement with them. That will destroy our plan". Dickson replied.

"So both of you are working with the same people?" Fisk asked.

"Yes, the ships that are coming are our people. Today, everyone here will die and the humans will never return the Prince, he must be executed!"

"Are you so sure that you can succeed?" Ethan asked, his voice sounding eerie.

"Who? Ah!!!"

The people then saw Ethan suddenly appearing behind the Vortan. Grabbed the latter's right arm and disarmed him, immediately moving towards Dickson. Disarming and throwing him to the ground which made him scream.

His movements were fluid and fast as lightning.

Everyone looked at Ethan in shock, they were surprised by his sudden display of skill.

"Don't get conceited, even if you kill me, you will not escape!"

"You won't live to witness it though"

*Pew pew*

Ethan pulled the trigger and ended both of their lives.

"You don't mind me killing one of your kind, do you?" Ethan asked cocking his head to one side.

"Hehe, that's fine, but what do you want to do with me when everything is over?" Fisk asked without bother.

"Don't worry, I will send you back when it's over."

"That's OK, I'll go with your suggestion!" Fisk nodded

Ethan raised his hand and started to operate his wristband. Soon, the three hidden propulsion modules were exposed on the side of the space station and were activated. But was short-lived due to being blasted off by the incoming enemies.

"Commander Fisk, from what I heard earlier, your subordinate said that one-third of the warships in your fleet betrayed you, right?"

"Yes!"

"Then there may be a fierce battle and I may destroy your warships, I hope that you don't mind!" Ethan smiled as he looked at him.

He also understood this very well. But since a battle is inevitable and they are already regarded as rebels, so he doesn't mind.

"There's a backup shuttle behind the space station, you all should evacuate I'll confront these so-called The Order with my comrades" Ethan gave order while moving towards the outer part of the space station.

"Little mutt! Come back alive ok?" Evan shouted.

Ethan looked back and nodded.

.....

Six minutes later, the attacking mecha unit was still battling the enemies while retreating to the direction of the space station.

The 9000 mechas are divided into two groups, of which 6000 are left to meet the enemy and the other 3000 are escorting the space station.

After another five minutes, the rebel warships of the Vortans and the mecha units of the 1st Mixed Fleet are still clashing against each other.

The mecha is the only thing that the humans have that is more advanced than the Vortans.

The rebel warships retreated after losing more than half of their warships.

Immediately after the opponents retreated, the mecha unit began to search the surrounding for their surviving comrades that had ejected and retreated inside the space station.

Ethan, who was already in the outer part of the space station, arranged for the injured soldiers to be brought into the inner part of the space station for emergency treatment.

"Huh? Adjutant Liang, do you copy?" Ethan spoke to the communicator wondering why she was silent and not reporting about the current developments on the battlefield.

"Commander, Adjutant Chen, she…"

"What's wrong, tell me?!" Ethan spoke anxiously.

"She leads the mecha unit to rescue you!"

"Who allowed her to leave her post without permission, where is she now?"

"We have just now received the report that Adjutant Chen had ejected, but the mecha unit could not find her…"

"Damn it!"

'That silly woman, you better have not gotten into an accident! I can't lose you he was a little flustered.

"Xue Xue, can you hear me? Answer if you hear me!" Ethan called out familiarly, recalling bits of his memories but pushing them back.

*cough* *cough*

"I can hear you… Sorry, I seem to have passed out and just woke up!"

"Turn on your distress signal immediately, we can't locate your escape compartment."

"It's opened!"

"Okay, wait there!"

After ending the call, Ethan looked at the members of the mecha unit. After that, he ran out.

The mecha unit members were left stunned.

Not long after something unexpected happened right in front of them.
