Figuring Out Things

Now I have so many things in my mind that I need to sort out immediately, with that in mind I asked the Saintess

" Saintess, is there a place that I can rest for a while? I am tired after the summoning "

" Hero Tyler, I will show you to your room and you can call me Ravia as we will be seeing each other often"

Saying that she smiled and I sensed no malice in it, but I can't be at ease yet.

" Thank you, Ravia and you can also call me Tyler then."

After that, I followed Ravia, as we were walking through the corridors I saw many nuns and priests. The place I am currently in is a church, and they worship The Goddess of Light and Life Luminous.

After walking for a while we reached In front of a room that looked luxurious as the doors were made of gold with beautifully carved designs.

"Tyler, you can rest in this room and we will talk about other things tomorrow, If you need help with anything you can ring the bell inside the room and the attendants will take care of the rest"

With that, I entered the room and locked the room from the inside, and checked every nook and cranny of the room. Call me paranoid but I am currently in no position to trust anyone. After checking the room and confirming that nothing is out of place I jumped into the bed.

I kept on staring at the ceiling for the past 5 minutes to let my thoughts settle down. So I have something like a status window that is violet colored similar to those which appear in games and web novels, and skills as I heard a voice saying that I have acquired a skill, and because of one of those skills, I was able to understand what Ravia was saying.

Do I also have a system like the other characters in the novels, there is only one way to find out, so let's try calling the system-

After calling the system I heard the voice again, It was a female voice that didn't lack emotions as it was very energetic, usually in web novels, mangas, and other things systems are mechanical and don't have emotions, but that's not the case here.

So that means me and the System/guide is going to be together for a while and calling it just the System/Guide makes me feel weird, it would feel like I am using her like a tool as the system seems to have emotions too.

"System can I give you a name?"

["Tyler, I would be delighted to receive a name from you."]

" System from now onwards your name is Sophie, are you okay with that name?"

I gave the system the name of my childhood friend because her name was the first that came to my mind.

The Demon God Desmos is considered an 'Outer God' because he is not a native god of Arcadia, so every 500 years or so he will resurrect the Demon Lord and send him along with legions of demons to invade this world"]

"So, basically Desmos have some serious issues in his head as he still tries to conquer a world that he had already failed to do so two times"
