Ruan Qi saw that it was a message from Xi Tong asking her where she was.

The two of them weren't close, so Ruan Qi wondered what Xi Tong was up to when she suddenly texted her.

"I'm resting. Haven't been feeling well."

"I see. You poor thing."

"Why poor thing?"

"Is your boyfriend by your side to take care of you since you're unwell?"

Ruan Qi did not like people scolding her husband. "Watch your mouth. Don't spout nonsense when you don't know anything."

"I'm not spouting nonsense. I saw it with my own eyes. Ruan Qi, you're still in the dark, aren't you? Your boyfriend looks human but he's actually something else behind your back."
