Main Character's Ability - Genetic Access.

The User has total access to the entire genetic code within DNA straight to the atomic levels, allowing them to use all the individual traits and abilities users never knew they had, even traits that disappeared many years ago.

User can also access the encoded information hidden away in a strain of DNA, with that kind of data storage, users can achieve new course of possibilities into the DNA code for potential gene-splicing, modification, etc, with this genetic access users can find any form of illness and negate them, keeping the user perfectly healthy, curing any form of viruses at the genetic levels even cancer of all kind.

The Dominant Genetics or Primary Genetic Code sequence in user's DNA, can decode all the information allowing the user to change back to its original form, reversing back to normal without further severe side-effects, unnatural mutation and potential body damages.

>>DNA Indexing - Have index of information of entire race. The user is able to take the DNA of any species or any individual being and record them for replication, a re-creation of the species, or genetically enhanced beings. They may be able to encode their DNA into devices/weaponry, ensuring that such devices and weaponry will only work for them.

>>DNA Disintegration - User can disintegrate/destroy the DNA of any organism, causing varying levels of damage from necrosis to total disintegration of body.

>>Cellular Disintegration - The user can dissolve any sort of organic cells, including plant, bone, or even fertile dirt and dissolve them, destroying them at a cellular or even protein level, allowing them to destroy their targets, either by a specific part or outright disintegration. They can also dissolve viral or germ-like cells from their own body for self-treatment. Users can even overpower all forms of cellular regeneration by disintegrating cells continuously, overwhelming and negating the healing process until there is nothing to regenerate from.

>>Atomic Disintegration - The user can spread untold levels of chaos and destruction to living and non-living matter by simply eliminating the bonds that hold molecules together. At a high enough level, the user's very presence breaks apart the bonds holding together all matter and dissolves matter into nothingness by just being around it. The user can also generate a field that completely nullifies the electric field holding atoms together, causing people, planets, stars, even entire universes, to disintegrate into dust.

>>Organic Transmutation - The user can transform matter and objects, including living beings, into organic substances.

>>Psionics - User can use various forms of psychic/mental abilities/powers, including telekinesis, foresight, etc.

Ikuya's dominant gene is Saiyan genes(Zenkai gene).

There are some limitations to his powers such as requirements of enormous mental energy to use some of his techniques of the Genetic Access. He needs to be extremely careful while using some of the powers. Need to know and understand everything about genetics in order to use it more freely. Techniques like the variations of 'Resurrection' also requires Ikuya to expend a massive amounts of life energy/Ki/Qi/Chi.

By the power of his Genetic Access, Ikuya is able to take the genetic coding of any being, even creation gods like Evil God etc, and replicate it and use it for his own use. He can derive their abilities, traits, and even their memories from their DNA.
