Ikuya's Hate.

Putting the thoughts about 'Divine Stainless Body' at the back of his head, Ikuya started to make modifications to the Genetic Code he took from Xia Yuanba and wanted to modify the Tyrannical Emperor's Divine Veins to get rid of some unnecessary traits like the brawn overgrowth of one's body and the characteristic of one's whole body turning golden when the Tyrannical Emperor's Divine Veins are activated. Ikuya definitely didn't want to look like a huge golden Buddha statue.

While Ikuya was concentrating on that, Xia Yuanba was chatting with Xia Hongyi about various things.

Ikuya first intended to create a set of profound veins which he will further modify in the future. Then remove two more of his Genetic Limiters and activate the 'Alpha Condition' and become an 'Alpha Saiyan' just like how he was in the past life as an 'Alpha Human'.

Once any living being remove the first three genetic limiters, they will activate the 'Alpha Condition' and will become an 'Alpha' of their species. Ikuya had become an 'Alpha Human' in his past life and gained the sort of potential unrivalled by any other Human in the history of all humanity.

In a similar way, when one removes fifty seven genetic limiters, they'll activate the 'Transcendent Condition' and become the Transcendent being of their race, or in case of Ikuya, he would become a 'Transcendent Saiyan' or 'Saiyan God'. At that point of time, even Ikuya has no idea how powerful he'll be. In his past life, he had intended to become a 'Transcendent Human' or 'Human God', but unfortunately he didn't get the chance.

Ikuya couldn't even begin to imagine how high his talents and potential will be after he become an 'Alpha Saiyan', much less a 'Transcendent Saiyan'.

" Big Brother Ikuya! I'm going to the Xiao Clan to meet Brother-in-law!" The cheerful voice of Xia Yuanba entered Ikuya's ears.

" Mn." Ikuya simply nodded in response.

" .... Are you.... coming?" Xia Yuanba asked doubtfully.

Ikuya looked at Xia Yuanba and remembered that he's supposed to be a 'Special Guard' for the Xia family.

" I'm coming." Ikuya said.

" Great!" Xia Yuanba laughed.

Ikuya then followed Xia Yuanba who walked towards the distant Xiao Clan with his enormous body.

In the afternoon, Floating Cloud City was crowded with residents hanging around and doing some common things, making it look busy.

As Ikuya walked down the streets with Xia Yuanba, all the women who laid their eyes on Ikuya literally had stars shining in their eyes.

Ikuya's perfect complexion was a fatal attraction for women. There were many women looking at him with crazed lust filled eyes.

If not for Ikuya's indifferent expression and an invisible aura that made him appear nearly unapproachable, these women would have already pounced on him.

Ikuya, of course heard all the ramblings of these thirsty women and couldn't help but wryly smile.

When the women saw the wry smile on Ikuya's face, It was unknown how many women lost their hearts as their eyes misted over in adoration.

" Are you excited, Big Brother Ikuya?" Xia Yuanba asked with a silly smile on his face.

" .... " Ikuya didn't respond and simply walked along.

Was he excited? Obviously not! Why would he be excited about going to some low level clan by wasting his time. If not for his principle of always seeing things through to the end, Ikuya wouldn't even bother going with Xia Yuanba.

Even if temporarily, he had agreed to be the special bodyguard for Xia family for three years.

In Xiao Clan, only Xiao Lingxi's mysterious origin interested him. That too, slightly.

" I do have a question though. Why did you not take a carriage to travel to Xiao clan? There were quite a few, back at the Xia Manor." Ikuya asked.

" Well, father had told me to walk everyday since I'm not going through a diet in order lose weight..." Xia Yuanba awkwardly laughed as he scratched the back of his head.

" Hmmm...." Ikuya just hummed in response.

After a few minutes of walk...

" Sister..?! Why are you here?" Xia Yuanba asked to a figure who just came in front Ikuya and Xia Yuanba out of nowhere.

" I'm coming too." Xia Qingyue stated without any complexities as she coldly stared at Ikuya.

It was pretty obvious that Xia Qingyue didn't trust Ikuya unlike her father and brother and wanted to know of his motives. Maybe she's worried about her naïve brother as well.

" Great! Brother-in-law will be very happy to see you, sister!" Xia Yuanba laughed joyfully.

Xia Qingyue almost took a step back and turned around to leave when she heard Xia Yuanba's words, but stood her ground because of her distrust towards Ikuya.

Xia Yuanba chatted about all sorts of everyday stuff and while Ikuya was not even slightly interested in the sturdy boy's common talk, he still heard him out as a basic courtesy.

Ikuya shows respect to those who deserve it and is also someone with some decent manners with the exception of his enormous appetite and such.

Though the sturdy youth by his side was far from deserving his respect, the kid wasn't that bad, so Ikuya didn't mind listening to Xia Yuanba's ramblings.

Xia Qingyue was silent throughout the small journey and only observed Ikuya's actions while the pedestrians were in awe of her appearance despite being very young.

Various youngsters took secret glances at Xia Qingyue and their eyes revealed traces of affection for her as well.

Ikuya could even hear people referring to her as 'Floating Cloud City's Greatest Treasure' and such.

The journey of over five kilometres took nearly half an hour.

When they arrived at the Xiao Clan, Ikuya noted that the Xiao Clan did indeed possessed some wealth and power. The compound was big, and guards were not lacking in number. Although it paled in comparison to Xia Clan's prosperity, he could understand why the Xiao Clan is called the strongest faction in the Floating Cloud City.

" Yuanba!" As soon as they saw the Xiao Clan's main entrance, they heard a joyful cry. A lean and handsome figure ran over to Xia Yuanba.

This was Xiao Che.

" Brother-in-law!" Xia Yuanba cried out as his expression brightened. Xiao Che is his best friend from his beginning childhood and they have a very close relationship.

" Q-Q-Qin-Qingyue...." Xiao Che stuttered and became nervous when he saw Xia Qingyue. This was the first time he has seen her since three years ago. He has never got any chance to meet her all these years.

Xia Qingyue nodded to Xiao Che and resumed her silence.

" This is....?" Xiao Che asked Xia Yuanba while referring to Ikuya. Since Ikuya had erased his memories before, Xiao Che has no recollection of Ikuya.

" Ah? This is Big Brother Ikuya! My and my big sister's bodyguard! He's very handsome, isn't he?" Xia Yuanba said to Xiao Che with a cheerful smile.

Xiao Che nodded while feeling a bit insecure as he observed the youth in front of him.

Ikuya on the other hand paid no attention to Xiao Che and was sensing the energy fluctuations in the atmosphere and scanning the place with his mental energy. This is the place where the plot of the original story starts and there must definitely be something about this place.

" Big brother Ikuya.." Xia Yuanba called out, causing Ikuya to snap out of his daze and looked at Xiao Che who seem to have introduced to him while he was unaware.

" Well, I am Ikuya Senya. You can call me Ikuya. Zenith is fine too." Ikuya said with a casual expression.

Xia Qingyue raised her eyebrows at Ikuya's introduction. She was able to deduce Ikuya's natural arrogance when he introduced himself by referring 'I am' instead of 'My name is'.

Although Xiao Che could see the indifference of Ikuya, he didn't see or feel any hidden disdain or malicious intent from Ikuya like with other people, which made him surprised. Being treated as such for a long time, he had become very sensitive to such things. So when he saw Ikuya not looking down on him, his mood brightened up.

" It's a pleasure to meet you, Big Brother Ikuya!" Xiao Che greeted Ikuya with a bright smile as he said, " Let's go to my courtyard. Grandfather will be delighted to see Qingyue. I want to introduce Big Brother Ikuya to my Little Aunt and Grandfather as well."

Xiao Che was simply misunderstanding Ikuya. Ikuya has no reason to show disdain and malicious intent towards Xiao Che.

Back on Earth, the entire world is filled with normal people who are even weaker than the normal humans in this world, because of the lack of profound veins. Ikuya only shows disdain to those who overestimate themselves and meaninglessly challenge him. He has no reason to disdain normal people who are trying their best to live a good life. He even admire normal humans for such a thing.

Xiao Che guided them to his courtyard and what awaited them were, an old man with a head full of white hair and a little girl dressed in green robes. They were Xiao Lie and Xiao Lingxi, the Grandfather and Little Aunt that Xiao Che mentioned.

" Little Che! Brother Yuanba!...." Xiao Lingxi's expression brightened when she saw Xia Yuanba and Xiao Che. But....

" Xia Qingyue...." Xiao Lingxi dully said as her bright expression dimmed when she saw Xia Qingyue behind the two boys.

" Qingyue!" The old man, Xiao Lie's expression turned into that of great surprise, then to that of happiness.

" Qingyue pays her respects to Grandfather Lie." Xia Qingyue said with a soft tone, her posture was gentle and dignified. Her manner of speech towards Xiao Lie showed that she had a considerable amount of respect for this old man.

" Hahaha! Look at you, my child, you've grown into such a wonderful young woman!" Xiao Lie laughed.

Xiao Che and Xia Yuanba laughed slightly as well as Xiao Che's attention was completely on Xia Qingyue that he failed to notice Xiao Lingxi's gloomy expression.

" More like an Unsociable Little Brat." Came a casual comment from Ikuya, which caught everyone's attention and made Xia Qingyue flinch for a second.

Xiao Lingxi was the first to turn around as she moved her sight towards Ikuya, she froze in place as her face turned red like an apple.

" Ah? Grandfather, this is Big brother Ikuya! He's Qingyue and Yuanba's bodyguard." Xiao Che introduced Ikuya to his grandfather, only to see his grandfather having a shocked expression, which confused him.

' Who is this young man? I didn't even sense him until he revealed himself. On top of that, I can't sense his cultivation, which means he is at the very least an Earth Profound Realm expert. But this young man is so young!' Xiao Lie thought while sweating a bit.

" Don't call me 'senior', old man." Ikuya suddenly said, startling everyone for different reasons.

While Xia Qingyue was feeling kind of strange. The first time she saw Ikuya, she felt that he was cold and indifferent. Gradually, she also felt that his disposition was far from being ordinary, and even held a lot of mysteries. But now, she felt that he's too disrespectful to others.

" What should I address you as then?" Xiao Lie asked a bit awkwardly.

" Ikuya." Ikuya said.

Ikuya slightly smiled in response and stayed silent.

As they were conversing, a gentle voice suddenly came from near the entrance of the courtyard.

" Looks like I came at the just right time. Is this Brother Xiao Che's future wife? She is very beautiful. You're very lucky to have such a beautiful fiancé, Brother Xiao Che." The person who spoke was a seventeen year old young man of medium build. He was as handsome as he was elegant. At his back was a thinner younger man. His footsteps followed quickly behind the speaker.

Seeing them, Xiao Che's expression brightened at the sight of the young man.

" Oh? Brother Yulong, Brother Xiao Yang!"

Xiao Yulong was the son of the leader of Xiao Clan.He was his father, Xiao Yunhai's, pride and joy and was also the future hope of the Xiao Clan. The clan had high expectations for him because he would become the next leader if no accidents should occur. He possessed many good qualities but he had never been arrogant. He was someone who was kind and polite to everyone. Even towards Xiao Che, who was considered to be disabled in everyone's eyes, he'd never mocked Xiao Che but instead was as gentle as he was polite. Not only that, he frequently expressed signs of concern when faced with Xiao Che's damaged profound vein problem.

Xiao Che had always liked Yulong. He admired and appreciated Yulong's kindness.

As the grandson of a Xiao Clan Elder, not only did Xiao Che have his own residence, he also owned a separate little courtyard. Aside from his Grandfather Xiao Lie, his Little Aunt Xiao Lingxi, and his sole best friend, very few people actually came to visit. And Xiao Yulong is one of the few.

He felt jealousy and an intent to kill rise up in his heart the moment he set his eyes on Ikuya. The blue-eyed youth's appearance was simply perfection which Xiao Yulong himself lacked. Yet, he still managed to keep outer appearance unperturbed.

He walked towards Ikuya and politely said, " Hello, My name is Xiao Yulong. Who might this brother be?"

What the prodigy of Xiao Clan got in response was....

A fist to his face.

Xiao Yulong was sent flying through the walls of the courtyard by Ikuya, shocking everyone.

Xiao Lingxi and Xiao Lie ran to Xiao Yulong immediately in order to check his condition.

" Why did you do that?!" Xiao Che stood in front of Ikuya with an angry expression.

Ikuya actually felt this as funny. The brat in front of him is standing up for his future killer.

" Big Brother Ikuya, why....?" Xia Yuanba asked in confusion.

Xia Qingyue also looked at Ikuya in confusion.

" .... " Ikuya was disinclined to reply to them.

If there is an answer to why Ikuya struck Xiao Yulong, the only answer is that Ikuya felt the urge to kill him and Ikuya restrained his urge to kill.

Ikuya then turned and saw that Xiao Yulong was still barely conscious, most of his ribs were shattered.

" There are not many things in existence that can make me hate them, but..." Ikuya said in a very chilly tone as he continued, " The thing I hate the most in all my life are hypocrites. If we meet again after today and you still have that hypocritical face, then...."

" ... I'll make sure you won't enter the 'Cycle Of Reincarnation' after I kill you." When Ikuya said this, everyone felt a cold chill run up their spine.

The only reason Ikuya spared Xiao Yulong was because of his role as the instigator of Xiao Che's death and Yun Che's reincarnation. But his role is not indispensable. Ikuya could always take up the role himself.
