The Under The Underground Pyramid

Thanks to my acrobatic skills and the integ system, I take little to no damage from all the falling debree and and tumbling environment.

After a few minutes of jumping and rolling from one block to another and scaling from one wall to another, I ended up in a completely unfamiliar environment.

"It feels like I am even further underground than I was previously."

I was in a maze now. There was nothing but black above and gray on the other sides.

some hours of walking down random paths and I eventually into the old man. He was lying on the ground, uninjured and well, but he still lay there staring at the non-existent ceiling looking awfully tired.

Ignoring him and desperate to find a path out I continued to move.

After about an hour, I found myself back to the old man. He hadn't moved an inch, and I had moved in a circle.

My integ system could not get a read on the structure of this maze.

*Warg**kreeech**thum*

Noises approached me as I stood there. A humanoid one-eyed creature appeared an eye as big as my head, emerald green eyes that shone like a lamp within the darkness. It had talons as classy as one from any alien or ghost from a horror movie. And from the other end of the gray came another noise. It was a mix of hissing and a big creature with multiple legs hitting the wall and the ground. A purple human top appeared, and half below was that of a centipede. Now, I don't know if I would call this luck or not, but that creature made the other hesitate, and vice versa.

"Yo, old man, I can't fight. Help," I tried to shake him with both my hands.

"Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm," that was it, that was all I got from him.

The snake-centipede-human thing came closer. It was... beautiful. I mean, the human half was. It had like six teddies, glistening purple skin, and the snake tongue in her mouth.

"Hey, you are very pretty. Can I take pictures of you?" It was like talking to a foreigner.

"HTRDTRJSDFFGDFGERSKSTJ," the old man spoke some gibberish.

The monster immediately posed for the camera.

"You can talk to these things," I asked continuing to snap pictures.

"I was once where you are, kid. Six boobs are cool and all, but nothing beats humans. You will realize that soon enough as soon as you stop watching all that hentai. Not very fuckable, is it?" lectured the old man, little attention did I pay to him I mean I was busy clicking selfies with my new friend.

"Oh, but it is. I can bury my face in the first set, grab the second with my hands, and I still have the third to rub my..."

*Splatter*.

It didn't have a head anymore, but a fountain of green blood in which I and the old man were now soaking. I stood there shocked. Something inside me broke and cracked.

"Aaaaaaaaaahahahhhhhhhh. My precious is gone. Who the fuck was that?" I screamed in agony. "The pain, the unending torment."

The hunter who shot it was extremely confused and extremely disgusted. He came and picked his arrow up again from the corpse of the green-eyed creature. The arrow had blown through Precious and lunged itself in the eye of that other.

"Good grief," the hunter mumbled as he pushed his loose glasses back on. "I am making some progress through this maze at least. What about you guys? Know something useful?" he asked.

"Monster way is the right way," replied the old man, lying still.

"I thought so. Let's move," he ordered us rather than asking nicely.

The old man got up, and I followed, feeling more stable after a few minutes. The hunter hurled a knife at me.

"Stay with me, and you might not need to use it," he told me.

It felt like it was going to kill me but it seemed he intended to help by giving me a weapon.

We were once again going random. A few monsters popped up here and there, and we backtracked when they didn't.

He killed most of them, the old man crushed some of them, and I can proudly say I took down one myself. It was a goblin that just...fell, and I panicked and stabbed it, and it died. I even got applause from the hunter.

We kept going until we reached the center, where another lay dead in front of a white cup-shaped altar with a blue levitating stone. The hunter tried to shoot it with his arrow, but it reflected and pierced his shoulder. However, just as he failed, a ladder descended, and it said "Exit here."

"Yessss, we can climb this ancient and extremely weak structure to go up to our friends," said the guy who we thought was dead.

The old man and hunter went to him to have a chat while I stayed here with the crystal that drew me to it. It was magnificent beautiful its voice a beautifully melodious whisper.

a surge of power flew through me as soon as I placed my hands on it. I removed my hand, and all was gone.

"Wait up, is this chunk of blue crystal the chaos extract? This big blue chunk? This humongous chunk? Oh boy, hunters and officials will be at each other's throats over this."

Don't think they will barter... They want it all for themselves, and they will have all of it. One of them at least. The stone wasn't really much larger than a fist but for what it was it was humongous was as big as the stretches of the sky on Earth. You will never get your hands on this big of a chunk.

"Ay kid, let's move. We need to split up and pull three levers for an actual way out," ordered the hunter.

"Sure, hunter man," I replied.

"Call me Eight from this point on," he once again ordered rather than ask.

I was getting slightly annoyed by that bastard, but he was stronger, and he was needed.

We all split up and moved. It was a while before I remembered that I couldn't fight and that the monster way was the right way to go. Whatever the fuck can I do now but walk on this very linear path and pull a lever.

In the darkness ahead, I saw movements.

"Alright, I don't know what happened, but I know how to make you work now. Gimme a report on the monster, can you?"

<Closer inspection of the monster required>

<A very old guard dog from the phimean era. Many of its cybernetics are rusted or broken>

"Can you help me beat it?"

<Affirmative >

"Well, that's great, ain't it? Except, is it within my capabilities?"

"Open my skill menu. What shit can I do?"

<Opening a list of skills that can be used for combat>

"What is nanite control? How do I use it?"

"I stood there on guard as the figure appeared. It was a two-headed wolf, slightly cybernetic with part of its body made of metal and neon blue linings on its neck. It was a cyborg dog, with one machine head and one organic, with parts of its limbs and torso also in this strange mix.

<cybernetic features online>

"do it whatever that is"

The integ did its thing, The dog became disoriented and couldn't move the way it wanted to.

I went in with a knife and did the best I could. Just because it couldn't move properly didn't mean it wasn't dangerous, but I wasn't scared. The thing was still part organic, so targeting that area should damage it. It would die on its own.

The wolf charged at me. I evaded to the left and *shuck* - It no longer had one of its eyes. It didn't scream or even flinch, it just jumped at me again and headbutted me. I went flying and hit the wall hard. It rushed in again, attempting to bite me with both heads. However, I drove the knife into one of its mouths and the other cybernetic head only managed to get to my elbow. I used my other hand to pull out the knife and stab its chest.

Now I'll just let it bleed to death. I think...
