Chapter 3:The Spirit's Secret

-FELIX POV:

*6 months later

After 6 months of training I am now able to control about 27% of the power that I share with the goddess.

In the span of this time the Goddess taught me different ways to use the elements she possess.

As the percentage of how much power I can control now increases the training the Goddess provides me also gets tougher.

At this moment the element I am very proficient is the fire element second is the wind,then the earth element,water,light and lastly the dark element.

But thanks to the huge difference of the time flow between the "contract field" and the outside world I am able to save time training which means the 2 years of training the goddess told me is the time flow on the outside world but here inside the contract field is a different story.

The "contract field" is the mind connection of the contractor and a God.

The "contract field" is only accessible for the Gods that has very high power and the highest position of all.

For short a king,Faerie would be the best example as she is the queen of all the spirits and can access the contract field.

The powers I acquire on the contract field is also equal the power I will possess on the outside world.

The Goddess also told me that 1 month here is equivalent to 1 hour on the outside world.

That's a really absurd difference in time.

Looking at the contract field now it feels like I am inside a new world.

A castle that has a very high pillar that is colored with combination of gold and white.

Trees outside that looks very gorgeous and incomparable to the trees that I see on Earth.

By the way the fruits are also good they are very delicious and very unique looking compared to the fruits on the outside world.

Thanks to this fruit I do not starve even if I don't go outside.

This castle is so large that I feel like there is no end to it.

The skies are as beautiful as always with the birds flying around the clouds.

Well it won't hurt to relax here whenever i feel tired right?

Well for now let's continue our training.

Cultivating the power of Goddess on my human body is not an easy task as I have to control and balance all the elements she have.

The overflowing strength of every elements makes my core hurt so much with just a flick on imbalance.

As I cultivate my magic core I can see a different colors chasing each other in a circle form.

The red the represents fire chases brown that represent earth while brown chases green that represent wind and wind chasing water while water chases fire

Seeing it now it feels like the four elements are playing and enjoying chasing each others.

This circulation also represents the strength and the weakness of this four elements.

earth being weak to fire,fire being weak to water,water being weak to wind and lastly wind being weak to earth.

this four elemental balance is not that hard to control and balance but it is a different story with the light and the dark

As the four elements chase each other forming a circle,the light and dark element is inside the circle that the four elements made.

They form a battle of balance inside the circle of four elements.

A perfect example of it would be the famous yin and yang of the Chinese.

A bit of imbalance between the two can also cause a big disturbance on the balance of the four elements.

But the big question is why is the light and dark elements inside the circle of the four main elements?

even without asking the Goddess everyone could answer it.

It is because all the elements are born from the two.

Light and Dark elements are actually the ancient elements that the spirits used before but as time goes by their magic evolved and there exist the four main elements that are now so common on the spirits which later became the reason why the light and dark spirits so rare.

Faerie as an exception is a spirit that possess all the elements.

Why is she an exception?

That is because she is a royal blood spirit a spirit bloodline that existed from their ancient times.

The Bloodline that started the development of magic.

Other spirits can only have one element but Faerie is able possess all.

Wait? Isn't there a spirit that possess ice element?

Are they considered to be special??

As the curiosity get the best out of me I immediately reached out to the Goddess

(Felix)"Goddess of the Spirits!",I yelled loudly that it echoed all around the whole castle

(Faerie)"Hey!,I told you to just call me by name right? HMP!",she immediately swinged her head while crossing her hands around her chest.

(Felix)Laughing inside my head as I saw her sulking

(Felix)"Ohh yes,I'm sorry Faerie it won't happen again so forgive me now okay??",I immediately answered to change the mood and make her cheerful again

(Faerie)"O-okay I will forgive you,Now what do you want??"

(Felix)"Okay I will get straight to point,Why are there only 6 elements? Isn't there other elements like Ice,Space,Lightning for example?"

(Faerie)"Ohh is that the only thing you want to ask???",i really do not know why but she seem to be annoyed

(Felix)"Yes?,What's with your reaction are you expecting something else?"

(Faerie)"HMP!"

FAERIE'S POV:

I'm actually expecting him to grow some feelings for me now but I really can't fathom how dense he is!

His stupidity is unfathomable!

Do I really look that old? How come?

I am still at my teenage era tho?

I get that spirits can leave eternally but our max age look is our look when we turn 1000 years old

I am still 356 years old!

I am still young! Do I look that OLD!

He can also live eternally though

if he can control 100% of my power

Well anyways,

Looking at it now it's almost time for him to acquire one

(Faerie)"Okay I will explain it to you only this once so listen carefully okay???"

(Felix)"Yes!",he looks like a dog wagging it tails from excitement(so cute!!)

(Faerie)"What you are trying to ask are what we spirit call the higher forms of the elements"

(Felix)"Higher forms?Okay I kind of understand it now,So that mean I can acquire one as I grow stronger?",seeing it now I can tell that his aura feels really different when he's serious

(Faerie)"Ohh I never thought you can caught up the fast",fascinated as I am this human is really interesting

(Felix)"Well it's me afterall",the light arrogance suddenly lit up behind him as he raised his chin

(Faerie)"Now continuing the explanation,Yes you will be able to acquire as you grow stronger"

(Felix)"Does that mean there will be 4 more elements as I grow stronger??"

(Faerie)"Not 4 but 6 new elements as you grow stronger"

(Felix)"6? is there any more than the for higher form?"

(Faerie)"Yes light and dark also have higher forms,we do not know as you grow stronger you might even make your own new element"

(Felix)"Make my own element? is that even possible?"

(Faerie)"Yes by combining two or more element you might be able to pull it off"

(Felix)"Is that so,so what are all the higher forms of the elements?"

(Faerie)"Ice for the Water element,Lightning for the Fire element,Space or Spatial for the Wind element,Adamantium for the Earth Element and Divine power for the light element"

(Felix)"Ohh I see"

Why does he look so serious?

Is he thinking of someone else!

Just the thought of it make me angry

*Felix's mind

(Felix)What's up with her?Why does she look so angry?Anyways I have to change the subject to change the mood quicklyyyy

(Felix)Okay i have to think what to ask she already told me the higher form of water,wind,earth,fire and light

(Felix)hmmmmm ohhhh yess the dark element!

(Felix)"so what bout the dark element?"

FAERIE'S POV:

I accidentally flinched that made him noticed that It is something I am trying to keep

(Faerie)"Now is not the time for y-"

Cutting me out he suddenly shouted

(Felix)"I AM YOUR CONTRACTOR I DESERVE TO KNOW",he really feels different when he is serious

His eyes locked onto me making me confess what is it

(Faerie)"The dark element's higher form is-"

Should I really really tell him this is a secret that my bloodline keeps only for emergency

(Felix)"Is?"

I guess he really does deserve

(Faerie)"The dark element's higher form is-
