DISGRACEFUL DESIRE
In the middle of the night, there were two figures rushed in the quiet corridor, the first person was the Emperor's eunuch, Eunuch So, and the second figure was a woman, she walked steadily with her face covered under the hoodie that she was wearing as well as her body that was wrapped in a thick white travel cloak.
Even though her identity was concealed but the cold and calm aura that exuded from her was not something that could be ignored easily.
The eunuch brought the woman to enter the Emperor of Azura's study room through a secret passageway.
"Miss Luna, this way please." The eunuch let the woman walked inside the room first before he closed the door.
Inside the room, The Emperor of Azura was wearing his outer blue robe that was sewn with intricate golden thread.
"Your Majesty." Luna with her defiant nature only slightly nodded at the Emperor without gave him a second glance, she looked solemnly at the floor beneath her.
Xiao Zi lifted his head from the report on his desk, he grinned at the girl in front of him with perverted manner, looking up and down lustfully at her.
When he was about to walk closer, Luna raised her head and looked at him coldly right in the eyes. "Did my father know that you summoned me to the palace?"
Xiao Zi stopped in his track and tilted his head, assessing the stubborn girl in front of him. "I don't need his permission to meet you." He said slowly, licking his lips.
"In that case, I will take my leave." Luna was about to turn around when the Emperor roared at her impertinence.
"Don't you dare to walk away while I am talking to you!"
His words successfully made Luna stopped and turned around to face him.
"There is something that Luna can do for your majesty?" She said calmly, looking at the Emperor's eyes with expression that devoid from any emotions.
Xiao Zi smirked, after all she couldn't defy him. Not in his palace.
"I like how arrogant you are…" He trudged toward Luna.
This young girl had captivated him since the first time he saw her. Her arrogant eyes tempted him to subdue her.
At first, he wanted this girl for himself, but the risk to infuriate her father was not worthy. In the end Modama had another idea and he liked it too.
He raised his hand to caress the girl soft lips, but before his finger could touch her, the girl's lips move as she talked. "If I were you, I wouldn't do that."
Xiao Zi's finger froze mid air, smirking. "Why?" He drawled, intoxicating with the beauty in front of him.
"I might not be able to control my power under the feeling of disgust."
Her statement made The Emperor shot dagger looked at her. "Oh, really?" Xiao Zi mocked her. "If you feel so disgusted, I wonder why are you even here?"
"Luna wouldn't dare to turn down The Emperor's call."
If Luna was any other woman, she wouldn't be able to walk out from the room with her head still intact, but she knew her value.
The disgraceful Emperor, who was standing indignantly in front of her, wouldn't dare to risk his lifetime effort.
Other people life might only be chess pieces for him, but Luna was a precious crucial piece that could give him victory or ruined his whole plan.
With that fact, Xiao Zi must keep his lustful thought inside his mind.
"You are good with your word." He praised her while taking two steps back.
"Thank you." Luna said curtly without a trace of gratefulness. "May Luna know what The Emperor intention to call her?"
Xiao Zi grinned. "To test how strong your influence on Tianyao."
"And how your majesty will test it?" Luna could feel it, he was up to something not good, but wasn't able to tell what it was.
"Guard!!!" Xiao Zi hollered.
In an instant, two guards rushed into the room and put one of their knees on the ground with respectful manner, waiting for their Emperor's order.
"Put this woman inside the prison and whip her twenty times." While saying that, he grinned triumphantly.
If he couldn't touch her, it was fine, because he still could punish her. She had rubbed him in the wrong way by turn down his advance. It was only right to correct her manner and showed the arrogant woman who is the King there.
In the other hand, upon hearing that order, Luna didn't even blink her eyes and with impassive voice, she spoke. "How whip me and imprison me could test my power?"
"It's easy." Xiao Zi flicked his sleeves and went to sit on his dragon chair. "Let's see how strong Tianyao's reaction will be, when he saw you battered and bleeding." He said that as easy as he talked about weather.
"My father will not like this idea." There was no trace of fear on her eyes, only disgusted.
"I will talk to your father, I think he will love my idea since he like to know as well, how strong his daughter is." Xiao Zi gave her an amusing smile before his eyes hardened. "Bring her out!"
Luna didn't wait for the guards to drag her out as she walked out of the room with her head held high.
