knows, Luca." Eleanora tried to soothe her crying son, bouncing him up and down in his room. "She knows it's hard, but you need to change clothes in the morning."

"No! Mean Momma!"

"Momma's not mean." She said tiredly, the bags under her eyes prominent. "You got to change, bub."

"Ella?" Callie speaks up from the doorway, wincing a bit. Eleanora is slow in turning to face the woman, Luca crying even harder. "I'm heading to work now. I'm taking Sofia to daycare, do you want me to take the boys, or—?"

"No." Eleanora sighed out, sending Callie a half smile. "No, Mark and I have decided no daycare during leave unless there's an emergency. It's family-bonding time."

"Right, okay." Callie agreed, sending her a nod. She sends Luca a wary smile before slowly backing away. "I'm just gonna—"

"Yeah, yeah. You go. Have fun at work." Eleanora responded tiredly, turning back around. "Luca, per favore, lascia che la mamma ti vesta." ()

sits on the couch, dozing off with Alessa on his chest. Eleanora walks down the steps with a now-calm Luca, setting him on the floor. The boy starts for the play room, hearing Elijah babble to himself.

"Mark." Eleanora whispered, slowly lifting their daughter from his chest. His head rolled to the side a bit, his mouth opening in a small snore. Eleanora gave an unamused look before kicking at his leg, her voice a little louder. "Mark!"

Mark jumps a bit, eyes flying open. His hands move to his chest and panic fills his eyes when he doesn't find his daughter, but a quick look at his wife shows the baby sleeping soundly in her mothers arms.

"Oh thank god." Mark muttered, relaxing a bit more. He ran his hands down his face before twisting to look over the couch and into the playroom, checking on the boys. "Everything okay?"

"Everything's fine. Luca has decided that Momma is mean, but that's just because he didn't get his way." Eleanora informs him, moving to sit down on the couch beside her husband. "Callie left with Sofia a bit ago."

"Okay." Mark muttered, laying his head on his wife's shoulder. "Any news about her situation?"

"None, and I really don't want to ask." Eleanora looks at him when he huffs, raising a brow. "I'm sorry, do you want to kick out a woman who has just been cheated on? Because I don't!"

"Why don't we pawn her off to Meredith and Derek?" Mark whined. "I love Torres, I truly do. But we have three children and I don't have the energy to hold her while she gets drunk and cries about her failing marriage."

"Sofia doesn't have a at Derek and Meredith's." Eleanora reminded him, looking down at Alessa when she makes a noise. "I should go feed her. Can you watch the boys while I do so?"

When he doesn't respond, Eleanora looks back at him to find him asleep again. She huffs, slowly standing up and walking towards their room.

Mark faceplants on the couch cushion and then wakes up, pushing himself up by one arm to throw his wife a thumbs up.

"I'll watch the boys, doll!"

, I don't have the energy for this." Eleanora spoke through the phone, pinching her nose. She was standing in the kitchen, Alessa napping and the boys eating in their high chairs. "So please just tell me why I'm getting calls from all of my Neuro Staff about the place being ruined?"

"We're freezing funds until we can get our storm repairs." Hunt told her over the phone. Eleanora's brows furrow, leaning on the counter. "It's what the Board said."

"I am the Board and I was not informed of this decision." Eleanora replied, running a hand through her hair.

"You're on leave, Ella."

"You're right, Hunt. I on leave. Leave means nobody bothering me unless it's an absolute emergency. My departments funding being frozen could very much an emergency. Make sure it doesn't become one and fix this situation before I strap my newborn child to my body and come down there and handle it myself!"

It's quiet for a few moments before Hunt speaks up, voice sincere.

"Are you sleep-deprived?"

"I don't want to hear it, Owen. Just make them figure it out before have to figure it out."

Eleanora hangs up the phone and sets it on the counter, leaning her head down until it touches the cool marble top. After a moment she looks up at the twins, sending them a tired smile.

"Never buy a hospital, boys. Just stick to being surgeons, or being an Olympic Gold Medalist. You both would look great with a gold medal."

storms into the OR Hallway, pushing a stroller with Elijah and Luca in it and Alessa strapped onto her chest. Her eyes narrow when she sees Hunt, pointing at the man intimidatingly.

"You were supposed to fix this!"

"Ella?" Hunt speaks up, his face confused. He glances at the three Sloan Spawn before focusing back on the neurosurgeon. "What are you—"

"I have gotten calls from other staff besides mine! I get that you're the Chief, Owen, and I get that this is some messed up hierarchy we have going on, but I am supposed to be spending time with my children, not spending time devising a plan to get all of us in one room together."

"You devised a plan?"

"Of course I did, it's what I do." Eleanora waves him off before turning the stroller. Hunt follows after her and takes the folder she hands him. "Jackson called me and told me about you having him suck butt fat all day to pay for the Pro-Bono surgery. He also told me about an idea he had. The Board meet tonight or I throw a tantrum."
