Max, you ready to go?" Eleanora asks her brother, grabbing her bag from the counter. Max shuffles out of the bathroom, looking around. He has bags under his eyes and his eyes are still red rimmed, but he's in his normal dress clothes for work. He had to borrow a shirt from Mark's closet and chose to just wear the same pants as yesterday, but seeing as he slept on his sisters couch, he didn't have his own clothes.

"Mark leave already? I didn't even hear him leave." He asked, his voice a little scratchy. "Thought you would go with him to the airport."

Eleanora sighs, grabbing a banana and handing it to her younger brother before grabbing her keys and starting for the front door.

"We're currently fighting because he offered his teenage daughter a permanent place in our home and lives after she gives birth to his grandchild, and even told her we'd help raise the baby. Without even asking me, by the way. I told him I loved him this morning before he left, told him to be safe, he did the same for me, and he left. We'll talk about it when he gets back."

Max raised a brow and let out a small, dry chuckle, peeling the banana as he followed after his sister. "Both of our love lives suck right now, huh? Whoever said the Amedeo's had charm were liars."

Eleanora gives a small laugh of her own and ruffles his hair, shaking him outside of the apartment so she could lock it behind her. "I don't think anyone has ever said that about any of us."

_______PRIVATE PRACTICES3 EP11

is the matter with you?!" Addison yells at Mark, storming into her office with him trailing behind. The two of them had just left Sloan with Pete, one of Addison's co-workers, for him to help her with her blood pressure.

"Me?" Mark scoffed, slamming the door behind him. "What's the matter with you? You're as wound up as I've ever seen you!"

"I am not the one starting schoolyard fights with other doctors!"

"You're wound up, Addi. Just admit it." Mark said, his tone accusing and passive aggressive. He ran his hand over his jaw, anger and frustration from his fight with Eleanora still coursing through him.

"Bizzy's a lesbian." Addison tells him, Mark taking a step back in confusion.

"?"

"My mother - she's a lesbian, which means the captain wasn't a cheater. It was all a sham - my whole childhood, everything I believed about my dad, my mom, love, marriage. It's all turned on it's head. So yeah, I'm a little.....wound up!" Addison blurts out, pacing back and forth a bit.

Mark stared at her, shock taking over as he processes the information thrown at him. "."

"Your turn." Addison says sadly, sitting on her desk. Mark sighs, moving to sit in one of the chairs in the office.

"Eleanora and I are fighting, badly. I asked her to raise Sloan's baby with me. Or, you know, raise it with me Sloan. And it didn't go very well, and so we're fighting."

"Well, that's a for someone her age, don't you think?" Addison asks, but Mark points at her angrily.

"Do not take her side!"

"I'm sorry." Addison apologizes, raising her hands.

Mark sighs, scratching at his chin as he leans back in the chair. "We've never fought this badly before. A few disagreements here and there, the normal bickering, but this was a . It sucks."

"Yeah." Addison agreed.

"Your thing sucks too." He confirms, and after a moment he sits up again, the information that was thrown at him earlier finally settling in. "Bizzy's a lesbian?"

"Thank you!" Addison tells him, throwing her arms up.

Mark sits back, shaking his head as he pulls out his phone to try and text Eleanora. "Bizzy's a lesbian? didn't see that one."

Eleanora looks up at the sound of her name, her eyes falling on Lexie. Eleanora gives the girl a small, soft smile, clicking the pen she held in her hands. "Hey, Lex. You okay?"

"He told you, right? M-Max, I mean. He told you that we...." Lexie trailed off, scratching the back of her neck. Eleanora nods, leaning on the desk.

"Yeah, he did. And I just want you to know that I'm not blaming you o-or taking sides, you know? Well, I mean, I'm taking sides because he's my brother and I'm going to console him first, but I'm like the midway between you two. So whatever happens during this break up, I'm not taking sides, not choosing."

"Okay," Lexie started, walking up to her so she could talk quieter, "but you might change your mind after I tell you that last night, a-after we broke up, I went home to Mer's and got really, drunk. And I was super sad and super drunk and I needed..., and I kind of had sex with Alex. A-and I feel horrivle about it and there's this sick and nauseous feeling in my stomach and I feel...... E-even though we broke up, you know? But I...I slept with

Eleanora slowly closes her eyes, taking a few short, deep breaths. She then nods, clearing her throat. "Right, yep. St-still not choosing sides, I just need you to give me a minute."

Lexie nods, letting out a breath of relief. "Okay, thank you."
