up, you're sucking up all my oxygen." Bailey snapped at Derek, who was pressed up right to her shoulder as they stared at the computer screen.

Eleanora was on the other side of Bailey, mirroring Derek's stance. She shook her head, reaching for the mouse. "We're just trying to see."

"It's not up yet, there's nothing to see. Now get back!" Bailey smacked Eleanora's hand, the younger resident letting out a pained noise as she cradled it to her chest with a pout.

"It was supposed to be posted at 4:00." Hahn complained.Mark checked his watch, huffing.

"It's 4:15." He grumbled, Eleanora looking at him over her shoulder.

"Is your watch right?" She asked, tilting her head. Mark looked at her with a confused expression, snorting.

"Yes, Nora, my watch is right."

Cristina made an annoyed noise, reaching around Eleanora to try and grab the mouse. "Hit the refresh button, you need to reload the-"

Bailey smacked at her hand too, making her and Eleanora jump. "I'm hitting the refresh button every ten seconds, just...wait."

It was quiet for a moment until Meredith stumbled up to the group, asking the question Bailey absolutely did not want to hear. "Is it up yet?"

"No." Bailey grumbled. Eleanora giggles, moving around a bit to lean on Mark's legs. He was perched on top of the desk, and he shuffled slightly so she could comfortably lean on him.

Derek gave them a curious look, but soon focused on his girlfriend. "Hi." He beamed, obviously happy they were back together. Meredith mirrored his brightness, greeting him just as excitedly.

Cristina gave an annoyed look, catching Eleanora's eye. Eleanora raised a single eyebrow in question, but Cristina just shook her head.

"Is it up yet?" Alex asked, shoving between Derek and Cristina. Bailey sounded even more annoyed, waving off the resident.

"No, just wait!"

"I think we moved up a slot. Passed Hopkins, moved up to number one." Mark states, leaning forward a bit to look at the computer screen closer.

Eleanora shook her head, biting at her nails. "Nobody is passing Hopkins this year, they've had an amazing year. So many new trials, techniques, procedures, two Harper Avery nominees."

"I agree with Ella, we're not passing Hopkins. We're gonna stay number two." Derek piped in, crossing his arms. Hahn shrugged, voicing her own opinion.

"Mayo could surge ahead, we could be three."

Eleanora frowned, tilting her head as she thought about it. Derek raised a brow, looking at Hahn with a smirk. "Three? Pessimist."

"Realist." Hahn corrected. "The rankings of teaching hospitals change on any number of things."

Mark straightened up, Eleanora leaning into his hand when she felt it slide up and down her back. She kept an eye on Alex, Hahn, and Derek to make sure they didn't notice, but all three were too busy staring at the screen.

"Threes still top five. I could live with three." Mark looked at Eleanora, and she nodded.

"Three is a good number. Not too low. We could survive on three."

Alex huffed, impatient as ever. He leaned forward, trying to reach over Bailey. "Just hit the refresh button."

Bailey smacked him, snapping. "Stay back, I'm doing this. What is with you all and trying to take over the computer, huh? You know I'm gonna smack you."

"Hey, is it up yet?" Izzie asked, jogging over. Bailey shook her head, Izzie rolling her eyes and she leaned forward. "Just hit the-"

Bailey smacked her even harder, turning in her chair to glare at everyone. "I am hitting the refresh but- okay, all of you back up." Mark didn't move from his spot, but Eleanora did take a few steps away, making his hand fall back to his side. Bailey continued, pointing at all of them.

"Stop hovering, stop speculating. The rankings will go up when they go up! We have no control over when they're posted. When it is up, I will say 'it is up!' but until then back up, shut up, and leave me alone so I can-"

"It's up!" Eleanora squealed out, pointing at the screen. Everyone bombarded around Bailey, their eyes dancing across the screen.

Bailey read the list out loud, nodding along. "Number one, Hopkins. Numbers Two, Mayo-"

"Told you." Hahn sassed, Bailey giving her a side glare before continuing.

"Number three.....Cleveland Clinic?"

"What?" Derek groaned, Eleanora squeezing the side of the chair.

"Oh god, I don't think I can handle below number three." She whispered, Meredith and Cristina nodding in agreement with their smallest counterpart.

"Number four, Mass Gen." Bailey slowly deflated, everyone growing upset or aggravated.

"What, we moved out of five?!" Cristina exclaimed, panic in her voice.

Bailey shook her head, clicking through the list. "No, we are not five."

Eleanora let out a noise, throwing her hands up and turning around. "I refuse to look at it anymore." She blindly smacked at Mark's arm, her voice high-pitched. "What number are we?!"

Mark's voice was grim and low, obviously pissed at what he was reading. "Number Twelve."

Eleanora stomped her foot, pushing away from the group. "Dammit!"

Everyone's eyes followed her, then they fell on Cristina and Meredith, looking for an explanation. Meredith shook her head, sighing.

"She's a very competitive person. We've tried to make her less of a sore loser, but it is still a work in progress."

shivering, you're embarrassing me." Bailey told Izzie, who was trying to keep warm. Eleanora stood on the other side of Bailey, right beside Meredith. She ran her hands up and down her arms, shaking her head.

Bailey has them standing outside on the ambulance bay, just waiting around. Eleanora should be used to the cold, sure. She grew up in New York where winter was horrible and never ending. But still, she hated being cold.
